The experience in talking to a member of staff was fine. It is the denplans themselves I am not so happy with. They are very, limited, in that there is little choice of plan which in themselves include things without patient choice. If the plan is changed to a lesser one, then cost is minimally different but with a greater loss of benefits. The plans need to offer more choice to suit the patient as they are not cheap.

We were very impressed with the service…
We were very impressed with the service we recieved from the emergency help line when my husband broke a tooth. Unfortunately we cannot say the same about our dental practise who could not fit my husband in for 4 days even though they have a contract with denplan

Not worth the complicated claim
So complicated they didnt pay my last claim because Id not got the correct receipts they said they needed more than just a receipt they wanted a full breakdown of a check up????? This time they keep sending it back because even though I have a ploicy that covers my and my husband I have to claim twice once for me and once for him. It would be helpful if that was made clear when claiming instead of wasting my time

I lost a tooth on a Saturday evening…
I lost a tooth on a Saturday evening and called Denplan emergency number Sunday morning. A very helpful lady suggested a dental advisor could call me back, l agreed and was called 10 minutes later . Having assured the dental advisor that l was in no pain nor was the gum bleeding, the dental advisor recommended keeping the tooth in water and to visit my dentist asap.. Two days it was reattached as a temporary measure and l await a further appointment.

DENPLAN WERE BRILLIANT
Both Evelyn and Naomi were brilliant today in getting me emergency dental treatment on my plan as there was a problem with the emergency number on the practice who were covering my practice over the bank holiday weekend. They kept me informed were very professional and kept me informed. My dentist agreed to come out although he wasn’t on call. Thanks to Andrei, Victoria Road Practice, Penrith. Most appreciated excellent service.

I had originally been a customer of Denplan for over 25years and I was very well cared for with my Dentist of over 45 years under Denplan. I relocated to Scotland in 2021 and could not find a Denplan Dentist. My care was then under the NHS, I cancelled my contract with Denplan that year. Big mistake, my care needs suffered, I deeply regretted cancelling my denplan contract. I am now back with Denplan in England and I’m extremely happy as they really care. I now have no worries, great care, affordable care, very professional care, and a service that is second to none. After receiving many years under Denplan care, I fully recommend Denplan you won’t ever be disappointed. You will never have to worry about your Dental health and needs. In my opinion it’s a great service with great Benefits and great Dentists.
