Fast delivery good design. Only disappointment is that the key component which would suffer most stress under use is plastic not steel.

Brilliant service from Cameron Molloy. I had an issue with deadlines, and Cameron did a great job making sure we get our rads on time. And... cheaper. Cannot fault the service and price

2nd purchase, good showroom and knowledgable staff. Even made me a cup of coffee whilst i was looking around ! Lewis took time to explain the different options for my utility room, ended up with an electric which saved on the plumbing. Would highly recommend

Antwoord van Designer Radiators Direct
Hi Dan, we’re sorry you’re disappointed, but we must clarify that the radiator supplied was exactly as shown on our website: a cast iron, freestanding model with feet and no brackets, not designed for wall mounting. This was clearly discussed with you in March.
As a made-to-order item, it is non-returnable unless faulty or mis-described, which is not the case here. We always strive to be clear and fair with our customers, and respectfully disagree with the accusation made in this review. Thank you - Designer Radiators Direct
2 Radiators delivered without a valves…
2 Radiators delivered without a valves and they did not mentioned it before purchase had to order them for extra cost ie £40 for 2 and call a plumber to come again to fit them for extra cost , will not use them again !!!! Absolutely a rip off as it cost me £100 extra to call a plumber to return and fit them !!!! Keep away from this company !!!!!

Hi Mr Hassani, thanks for your feedback. We do state in the product description that this radiator does not come with bleeder valves as standard. They do need to be purchased separately.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. If there’s anything else we can help with, please let us know. - Designer Radiators Direct

The customer service was great, I had to return 2 as I had ordered the wrong size, the person I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and the email responses were quick and helpful. I am so pleased with the radiators, they look amazing. Would definitely recommend this company

Great service and good price for more bespoke colours.
Radiators are great quality and look the part. The antique brass is a bit browner than brushed brass but still look amazing in the house. They take about 10 days to arrive.
One tip - valves are cheaper elsewhere online.
