There were delays with the manufacturer with the radiator taking three and a half months to arrive and sadly there was still an issue on its receipt! Stacey helped resolve the situation and I am grateful for her help and support.

I phoned with a few questions and received helpful advice from DRD before placing an order.
The website is easy to use and delivery, direct from the manufacturer, was remarkably quick.

Radiator is great! Second one we’ve purchased as so good. Only thing that’s not made it %100 is the fact you can’t buy black feet for the Oxford column retrospectively. I had to purchase grey and spray black myself. Not sure why you can’t sell black feet without having them welded at order. Anyway…great radiator.

Tyler was very helpful when our radiator didn’t arrive. If it wasn’t for DX delivery company it would be 5 stars. Hopefully they will find another delivery company.

The Radiator came exactly on time 2 days after order. The Radiator was well packaged to prevent damage and best of all, it was a great price would definitely use company again.

Super quality radiators at competitive prices, with excellent service and ordering, which deserve 5 stars, but one issue of poor design and quality of the four wall brackets per rad, especially when fitted to brick walls, takes ages to line-up and seat perfectly takes one star off, which spoils a brilliant product.

Radiators delivered to wrong address requiring me to attend address out of hours to remove them to correct address.
Radiator Direct have apologised for the delivery error .
The radiators are excellent and the customer is very happy with them.
Apart rom the delivery issue I would recommend their products.
I would have given 5 stars but the delivery issue has reduced it to 4 stars

Radiator arrived with visible paint damage due to shipping, Stacey kindly arranged for another to be sent with no extra charge within 2 days. Full marks for excellent customer service.

The delivery was really quick. We ordered the radiator first and they delivered it on a day which suited us The items were very well packed and perfect. There were full instructions for the plumber who was impressed with our purchase. The corner thermostat valves were correct, after I took advice from the website. The colour matched the radiator well. We are now looking forward to changing the lounge radiator to one from Designer Radiators because we were so pleased.

The radiator looks great and works. Watch out though, it’s a bit heavy.

The quality of the designer RAL coloured radiator is fabulous, however, the customer service I received from Stacey exceeded my already high expectations!

I will be honest and say there was a problem with my order when I received it, however, my email was dealt with immediately, my query taken seriously and a replacement item quickly ordered.

Stacey arranged collection of the original order very within a couple of days and the replacement arrived well within the time period given me.

Overall a fabulous company with really high quality product and amazing after sales which is so hard to find nowadays!

The prices were good and the agent went out of her way to ensure that I was happy with the order. Unfortunately, one of the radiators was not in stock when the site showed that it was.
