I reached out to DGX to ship additional household goods to the mainland from Hawaii. At the same time, I asked for both traditional shipping as well as air freight if possible. Alexandria helped with the traditional shipping and Nicole helped with the Air freight. Both were super responsive and answered all my questions or concerns and laid out proposals for both actions. I opted for air freight due to the time constraint.

Nicole helped me with how to drop things off where to drop them off exactly what the shipment would need to look like additionally changing the specs for the proposal as required I went to the warehouse, stacked the pallet, which they helped me wrap real quickly and off it went. Nicole was amazing, she followed up with me, making sure when it needed to ship when approximately it would arrive and even followed up after I received it to make sure everything went smoothly
