Very Good The Services

When my vendor said that they could expedite this shipment from Texas to Hawaii 3-5 day air, it came with a price tag that was double DGX rate.
Once I said I would have it picked up by DGX/DHX they were delayed in communicating with me on the BOL information. Mario was very patient and responded quickly when we finally got all the answers needed to get this picked up and in the air.
We have been using DHX for years and have always been happy with our service. Its great employees like Mario that help grow a business.

Toatlmente disappointed of this company that says to have so many years of experience, the most terrible thing that has happened to me to make my move to Peru, I fulfilled the payment to the bank and to leave my things and my truck inside the times screened and it was so much his negligence that my car was never able to enter my country, I have been in Peru for months and my things still can not get out of California, and even worse my husband gets my truck crushed and shocked, what a horror, I do not recommend them at all otherwise do not take the services of them certainly open a legal claim, if there was the qualification of me 5 stars so I would qualify, a disaster, I have caused many damages because I am in Peru without car, without clothes, without things , with nothing and my husband who is in California is harmed because who has to face all this and his work not to the necessary time, totally sorry to have put my move in the wrong hands

Your service is great, but your rate quotes are always inaccurate. As we know how to measure our crates and everything we ship goes by dimensional. As we charge our customers the amount we are told it will cost us to ship this (needless to say), makes us extremely unhappy.

I do have a great experience with DGX Dependable Global Express, they give solutions and help me in Spanish and English. I totally recommend this service.

Even if freight is delayed, the team is proactive in resolving the situation and delivering in a conscientious manner. DGX's Aileen and Azel's tag-team support and update consistency enables me to openly discuss current market issues with my client. Albeit, Philippines has several infrastructure issues, though DGX Global is helping overcome.
