I was needing to renew a TLS cert that was expiring. After manually doing so I was needing to verify the domain. Unfortunately we have been experiencing issues receiving the phone calls as our main number goes to our call center. Luckily Wagiedah was able to assist me via email to get the domain/cert approved.

The most unreliable service provider.
They don't have proper process. After couple of months of waiting and follow up, they ask for documentation for verification. And once all document provided. They will send an email that you have been rejected.
And once asking for the reason. They say they can't provide any of course as they don't have any valid reason since there is no valid reason.
Don't waste your time on money.

If you need to contact your sales person ours is Steven to turn on a feature to renew our certs good luck. You get the run around you might eventually get an email back that doesn't turn on the needed feature and yet your sales person is the only one who can do it. Support can't help and calling the main number those people can't help either. You can leave a voicemail and no one will call you back.
