Poor experience with DigiCert. It's been almost two weeks since payment and still no clear instructions on next steps. Communication is extremely slow — they don't respond to emails for days. Very frustrating.

We were in a time crunch with an expiring cert. Yolanda was my hero today and had to call for verification multiple times due to bad connections.
