With the various recent changes to the DigiCert portal and certificate expiration policies, it is easy to get confused; however, the personalized attention from their representatives is precise and offers excellent guidance. First, Aumari Martinez provided excellent service via both email and video conference, and later, the assistance I received via chat from Valerie was also excellent. I am very satisfied with the service.
