Been a problem for years to get a curtain track to fit my bay window.
Spoke to Lizzie and she was very helpful and the advice was spot on.
All fitted and works perfectly

The real test of a company is when something goes wrong. My rail was incorrectly made for one curtain instead of a pair. Direct Fabrics immediately sent out a replacement which was correct. Five stars for customer service and five stars for the corded rail which went up really easily and works perfectly.

Used the internet to find suppliers, Direct Fabrics had an easy to use website and I spoke to the sales staff for help and advice before purchasing. Very helpful all the way through the process. Lovely people to deal with.

I recently ordered a 5.5m curtain track from direct fabrics. There were a few challenges with delivery, which was likely due to the size of the track, and not down to DF. The customer service throughout was excellent and now we have installed our track we are blown away by the product! It is great quality, was easy to install and is virtually invisible against our ceiling! Thank you, would 100% recommend and will use again!

I wasn't sure how much of an item i needed, and ended up over-ordering just in case. Lizzie contacted me to discuss my order, and I shared dimensions and pictures of what I was trying to achieve. She kindly discussed the product, how it worked, calculated what I actually needed, and alked me through it so that it was all clear. She updated my order (which ended up saving me money), and my order arrived a couple days later. I am so grateful for the time Lizzie took to assist me, and I'm happy with the quality of what I received. Thank you, will shop again!

Great company but do be aware that the samples don't always match the actual fabric you order, as we found out to our cost when ordering for a heritage venue.

This is a fantastic, friendly and helpful company to deal with! Every member of staff I've spoken to has been lovely and very personable. In the days of AI chatbots, it's been really nice to deal with real humans. My curtains came well before I expected them to and have exceeded my expectations having never had custom made curtains before. The material is flawless, the curtains are thick and do exactly as promised- block the light, control the temperature and muffle the sound from the road! Well worth the money for an immaculate purchase. I forgot to add my colour of choice to the order as I was managing a bereavement and a house move simultaneously; I felt like a bit of a fool but the lady I spoke to was so sweet and understanding and also matched my sense of humour which I appreciated greatly. I highly recommend this company, a business that deserves your support and your money! 10/10!

The quality of the item was great, I purchased a curtain rail track for my bay window since I couldn't really find a solution elsewhere, this didn't cost much money and it took about 3-4 hours to install, the delivery was fast and after installing the product I'm happy with my purchase. Anyone who is planning to install a curtain rail track for a bay window, I'd highly recommend this company above all since there's clearly no compromise on quality for cost.
