ALWAYS incomplete orders rrived incomplete…
Once again my order arrived incomplete and I had to chase where the missing boxes were. This has happened every time which is unbelievable that you seem happy to send a courier and extra box packaging twice per order - waste of materials, petrol and cost.

Why keep changing the recipes?
Delivery is reliable and fast. However, Purina has recently changed the consistency/amount of gravy in the Gourmet Perle range (changed the design on packaging). I wish that Purina and other pet food manufacturers would learn what all cat owners know which is that cats hate change! Change their food and they will stop eating it. This keeps happening. I just don’t understand why and find it extremely vexing.

Good prices and good delivery
The website is confusing in that the wording makes it sound as though you can mix and match individual pouches to create your cats perfect box. In reality, ask you can buy is boxes of 26 of a single flavour. This is good as I don't have to waste unlinked flavours but not what I thought that I could do. Once ordered, the good arrived very quickly.
