I hope they reconsider
I've had absolutely amazing service from this website. I'm truly gutted that they are closing down the site! Its been a lifesaver for my cats and my bank account. No food waste from the cats as they get flavours they love to eat, that I can't get out of the preset boxes in the shops, as they don't like all the flavours and then food gets wasted. I hope they reconsider this decision.

Excellent experience ordering directly…
Excellent experience ordering directly from Purina. The wet cat food is great quality and my cat absolutely loves it – he eats every meal completely, which is rare compared to other brands we’ve tried. Ordering direct also works out much cheaper than buying in stores, which is a big bonus. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived as expected. Very happy and will definitely continue ordering.

Such great service, having 4 very fussy Bengals it’s brilliant being able to order exactly what they love without any waste of disliked flavours. I’m really upset that the website orders are no longer going to be available.

No flavours wasted.
I love being able to just buy the flavours that get eaten. No waste. I wish you did it with the paté.Shame you use EVRI for delivery as my parcel was left in the rain by my side gate even though I was home,and the blue from the cardboard box had leached all over my path, then all over my kitchen floor and clothes and hands.

However, we are very sorry to hear about your unacceptable delivery experience. It is completely unacceptable for a parcel to be left in the rain, especially when you were home, and the resulting damage and mess from the dye is something for which we sincerely apologise. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide. We will be addressing this serious issue with EVRI directly.

Easy to order and good value
So easy to order and good value. I’ve had a couple of boxes where the pouch has split and been unusable but considering how many I’ve ordered this is a drop in the ocean. It’s so convenient to order direct and I’m truly sorry they are stopping this service.

Great supplier, lousy delivery company
Placed the order on Wednesday night and was advised that it was despatched on Thursday, using Evri. As of writing (Monday) the delivery still hasn’t been received. This is not Purina’s fault, but Evri’s. Again.
