I have been a customer of Purina Direct for years. The service is exemplary and any minor niggles are resolved withou fuss. Pippa loves tuna flavour Felix and it was great for her to have it all the time. I have unreservedly recommended to friends. It is a great pity the website is being closed down.

I’ve been ordering from Purina Direct for quite a while. Absolutely brilliant company & so good to be able to pick & mix. Had a problem with my last order but this has been sorted out very quickly. Customer Service Team were excellent!

This is an excellent way to buy cat food. It worked out cheaper than getting in the supermarket and came with free delivery. It's a real shame the website's closing down due to lack of customers.

I've been using this website for a long…
I've been using this website for a long time due to my fussy cat only preferring one flavour. I am going to struggle when this closes my cat will not eat anything else.

I only recently found this site
I only recently found this site. The service was brilliant and really helps as my cat will only eat one flavour of Felix cat food so I was able to order what I need.
Very sadly, Purina have been in touch to say there isn’t enough demand for this service and it will be closing in late May.
I really hope this decision is reversed.
