The service, quality and price were brilliant. I’m afraid closing your online site has caused me a great deal of trouble. My cat only likes chicken pearle wet food. So when the local supermarket stopped stocking single packs of chicken. I found Purina direct offered boxes of separate chicken flavour. Now you have ended your online sales I can’t get individual packs from ANY supermarket only a variety pack which half will be wasted. Luckily I have bought a large supply before you shut down your online sales but it will run out eventually.
So I am very disappointed and so is Alice our cat aged 19.

I was very sad to read that the home delivery service was going. I have had cancer and really manage boxes of cat food, I have 5 cats and 2 dogs. The food was maybe a bit pricey but well worth it. The choice was good, the service was good, rewards were good and everything was in one place and it was absolutely ideal for me. Always delivered in a beautiful box which my cats preferred to their expensive baskets! The one that arrived back in Oct/Nov had a big fleecy blanket in it and was 'home' to Sam for about 4 months! I guess he was well protected and warm in there.
Very sorry to see this service go, I would think for many it was great.

Great choice
Great choice - especially as I have two fussy cats. Cannot fault the delivery service or the delivery times and the ability to track your order. However, I am very disappointed in Purina for stopping this service. As I mentioned, my cats are fussy so now having to buy the food in boxes at the supermarket means that out of every 40 pack box, I will now have to discard 10 pouches that my cats won't eat !

Cat astrophic Decision to Loose Direct Purina
Direct Purina. Great food, so my cats say, and at a reasonable price, so I say. Purina have enabled me to get the flavours that my cats prefer in their pick and mix selection, so although I will still be buying Purina alas it will not be with Direct Purina and I won't be getting the same choice. So sad.

Perfect for pets

Website Discovered too late!
Been using your website since I discovered it around 6 months ago, sorry it's now closed. Could buy in bulk and get it delivered free, cheaper than supermarkets. I liked the points system where you could redeem your points for money off orders. What's not to love? I can't understand why more people didn't use it, I didn't think it was advertised enough.
