Very poor customer service
Placed 2 recent orders with purina both orders had big problems alot of split pouches contacted purina with photos no reply what so ever!!!

They sadly have become a victim of their own making, prices much higher than buying from supermarket unless you have a discount code. Sadly for regular customers like me, who is disabled, I will now have to source enough food for my 4 darlings and my daughters 3 darlings elsewhere and get them delivered as I cannot carry anything.

I am very disappointed that you have…
I am very disappointed that you have stopped.l have shopped for my cat food with you for ages. It was good to be able to buy flavours they liked. My cats tend to prefer fish flavours, so it was handy l could buy what they enjoyed. My 3 fur babies know what they like, it's a sad day no more Purina direct.

My cats love tuna, salmon and chicken
My cats love salmon, tuna and chicken, so purina direct was the ideal way to purchase food for my 6 cats. Unfortunately for me the local rescue centre will now benefit from the other flavours. Good for them but not for my wallet! Just glad the gourmet food is still available.

Sorry this website has closed.
I am so sorry that this website has closed. You could buy your cat food cheaper than at the supermarket, and get it delivered free , saving you both the inconvenience, and the exertion of carrying heavy bags home. On top of this there was a points system so that you could redeem your points for money off your orders. What's not to love? I can't understand why more people didn't use it except that I didn't think it was advertised very much, I only saw a couple of posts on Facebook.

Sad news…
It will be difficult to buy sufficient food for four cats, now I can no longer use the services of Purina Direct, which has been a godsend for many years. I can't believe it is closing because of lack of demand. I shall have to resort to carrying large packages of Felix from Tesco

VERY UNHAPPY!
I cannot write a review as, although I placed a very large order on 11th May - Order NO. 757125870 - I still HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT and I was told it would be delivered on 14th/15th May so I'm not at all happy. I would now like to add that I spoke to Jayden on a live chat who works for the Customer Service Team. Well I have never experienced such a bad experience!! He said that my order has been "lost" and inferred that it was just one of those things that happens sometimes!!!! He asked if I wanted a refund, but I said I would like the order replaced. He said it was too late as the website was closing and that all my order was now out of stock anyway inspite of me receiving an e-mail saying order quickly before the closure!!!! I was so angry! He was extremely unhelpful and absolutely refused any compensation as the website was closing so I said just add it on to my refund, but he made several excuses, at the same time saying sorry for any inconvenience and could he help - unbelievable!!!!! I'm not surprised the website is closing as their Customer Service is the worst I've ever come across and, even if the website wasn't closing, I would NEVER order from them again. I'm even considering boycotting all their products in future and I will make sure people know why!!!!!!!

My cats are like a lot of other people's cats they only like certain types of food so this website has been a blessing I've been placing orders for a long time and it was a shock to get the news that they are not taking anymore orders I can't understand why they are closing this website down there must be a lot customers who are disappointed I was very happy with the selection of cat food available the ease of placing an order I have managed to stock up but I'm going to struggle a lot when I run out
