Purina Direct offered great value.
I found Purina Direct offered great value for money. My cats particularly liked the Christmas Boxes with the treats. Ordering easy & delivery was fast & efficient. Glad to see the boxes didn’t break my posties back as some companies put too much in one box to handle. I’m sorry to see them close & wish them the best. Hopefully they may come back!

Wonderful service
Always had such wonderful service from Purina Direct. Very sad that this service is closing. Thank you for your help in the past. As with other people, being able to choose the flavours our cats love has been a boon to us. Not sure what we will do now, especially as our boys are older, more set in their ways.

A sad goodbye to a great site.
It's been really great to be able to order the flavours that my cats love to eat. I'm very sad that the order site is closing.
I did order extra in preparation and tried to get a premixed box, but sadly they had sold out.
The cats and I are going to miss you.

So sad to see this option to purchase from Purina gone. It worked out cheaper to bulk buy, and it was a fantastic service with a points reward that turned directly into money off of further purchases.
Now back to scounting around for the best offers.

PURINA have let their customers down
It WAS a great idea and good service being able to select the flavours our cats loved. However the service ends as of 31.May and there is no way to get continuity of single variety of supply. So Purina have let their customers down. Too big to truly care!

We made the difficult decision to close the Purina Direct website as there was not enough demand to continue offering the Pick & Mix service.
While we appreciate this will be frustrating, many of the same Gourmet and Felix flavours are still available in multi-packs through our retail partners, both online and in store.

The order process has always been easy and the turn around time is excellent, web site is good too. Neither me or Tilly understand why you are stopping the web site. We hope you carry on making all of these fantastic flavours.

So much cheaper than buying from the…
So much cheaper than buying from the supermarket. Yes, you have to buy in bulk but if you use Topcashback you also get a good rate of cash back. Just a shame they are no longer doing their pick n mix as Terri puss is a fussy oldie and this was the best way of getting the flavours she likes.

Excellent, but soon no more
It is such a shame that they’re closing the site down.
I love how you could mix and match to tailor to your cats needs. For me, it has reduced food waste and a reduction in packaging.
The products are of great quality, and offer good value for money.
