Order didn’t arrive
I have been using the site for a few years now and have always been happy with the service I received, and was sad o hear they were closing. However, my final experience with them has not been a good one. I thought I would make a bulk order which would last a while. This went missing in transit, as did the replacement order they sent out - very unusual? After 3 weeks and several emails they refunded my money so I didn’t actually get to stock up on food for my cat. Very disappointed as I can’t get the flavours she likes anywhere else

Excellent service as always from Purina, just so sorry they are closing down their direct delivery service, have been using it for years and got my cats all eating one flavour of the pouches now its going, it made ordering my cats food so easy and great value for money will miss it, thank you

This service was brilliant
This service was brilliant, like other cat owners, I have a very fussy cat & was wasting at least a quarter of the mixed boxes, having to donate the flavours he would not eat. This service ticked all the boxes for me and I'm so disappointed they've decided to stop it. Please reconsider - I don't think the company has truly realised the effect this will have on the people that used it.

Always have the options I want/need as…
Always have the options I want/need as 1 of my cats is very very fussy. Fast delivery. Great prices for the make your own bundles. Love the incentive to get money off the next orders (never takes me long to get to the next £5 off voucher) I usually get discount through my work app too so very happy.

Excellent!
It was so good to be able to get the one flavour of As Good As It Looks our cat really enjoys instead of having to buy a box of assorted and waste some, I thought it was a very good price as well, Delivery was super quick and it was well packed and arrived safely. Great service and highly recommended by me.

Great service great company excellent value always get 20% discount and points back got 5 cats and they all love the gravy ones always buy in large quantities l've stocked up for about 6 months but don't know what I will do after that

Good until now
I have had all good experiences except for the last time when I accidentally ordered 2 boxes of the pick and mix the same, I spoke to someone the same day but was told it cannot be changed so I ended up spending double the amount and 260 all the same flavour, I think there should of been more time to be able to change

Purina one was easy to use. I was able to pick the pouches of meat that I wanted. Customer services was excellent as I a little query. I would definitely order again. Great quality and great price. Delivery company could do with being changed as Evri not quite reliable but I will definitely mention Purina One to family and friends.

Great website
I've been using direct Purina for a while. My cat is very fussy. He only likes certain flavours. It's great to choose the pick and mix. I can have my cat's favourite flavours of Felix as good as it looks. It works out so much cheaper to buy it in bulk than to buy in the shops. It's been great for the price, getting a reward scheme and the odd freebies. The delivery is quick.It's a shame that the website will be closing down at the end of may. It will be sadly missed.

Always give 5 stars the company was outstanding ✨️ really gutted the company is closing tried to get as much as I could but sold out the flavour my cat only eats I don't know where to go now so back to wasting food 😢 💔 really sad the website is closing going to struggle trying to find what my cat will eat. This service has been a great expierience for me,the staff are always helpful and you have the advantage of selecting only the flavours your cats like so there is no pouches left over.Unfortunatley this great service will no longer be available after May and will miss it dreadfully.Sorry to see you go .

Great service
Buying direct from Purina is really good, as you can pick out the specific flavours that your cat prefers. All this at a very competitive price, compared to the supermarkets.
Very sad that this service is being discontinued - it's a shame that more people weren't aware of it.

Changes......
I only found Purina direct a few months ago, which was marvellous because my fussy kitty only likes 2 x flavours.
It was marvellous to have only the flavours she would eat delivered to our door...5* for that...
But, kitty won't touch the tuna & cod.. has this recipe been changed!?
Also, I now learn that Purina Direct will no longer be available which is disappointing 😕
