My cat loves the wide selection of flavours. I have bought loads of boxes as the whole process from start to finish was really easy and delivery was fast too. Im gutted that the site is closing down where am I going to get my cat food from now.

Bought on special offer. It will be a shame when the website closes. Quick delivery and good to be able to choose your own flavours. Sadly I think the recipes must have changed as our cats absolutely refuse to eat it now, so we are throwing it away. They just walk away from the bowls.

The website is a little bewildering in…
The website is a little bewildering in that you can only order one pick n mix box at a time.
Once ordered the delivery was swift and efficient.
The product is excellent for our cats and they enjoy the particular flavours chosen.
It is a shame that the pick n mix option is finishing at the end of May.

I've been using this website for a long…
I've been using this website for a long time due to my fussy cat only preferring one flavour. I am going to struggle when this closes my cat will not eat anything else.
Please do not close or put a post out saying where else we can purchase one flavour from in bulk.

Always had a great experience when ordering ( even when I was useless at adding my rewards) staff were excellent at helping. Shame the online ordering is ending . Hope everyone is redeployed within Purina as they are an asset to the company. Thanks and goodbye

Great service
Great service, especially when your cats will only eat one or two flavours and not the others in the regular boxes from supermarkets.
I understand that this service is coming to an end, how will it be possible to buy just the flavours needed when it does ? I don't think anyone will want to buy the mixed boxes just to use 3 packets and waste 9.

We will miss you so much!
Firstly, what on earth are we going to do now that you are closing! Our 4 Cats are so fussy, and like many other cats they will only eat what they like, but because I was able to 'Pick n Mix' our 4 always had what they loved, and no food was wasted. The service was brilliant, delivery was always fast, always here when we needed it, It is very much a shame that you are closing and I, along with a lot of other people will definitely miss you, thank you for everything.

Great service so convenient
Have used Purina Direct for over 2 years, having 3 fur babies having their favourite meals delivered is a great saving, quick delivery so never with out their favs

I have been using Purina Direct for…
I have been using Purina Direct for quite a few years now and was truly sorry to be told the end of this month will be the last time all of us cat lovers can no longer place any orders. I have three cats , all a little fussy and like some flavours more than others . I like the fact it's delivered straight to the front door , as I'm getting older now and sort of thinking of giving up driving
I hope you see the positive comments and perhaps have second thoughts about closing this service , I think it's brilliant.

Love purina pick & mix…
I love this purina pick and mix as I have 2 fussy girls that only like certain flavours so will be really stuck when they close.
Delivery is always spot on, I've never had any problems with the correct items being sent

Absolute shambles…
Absolute shambles…. Ordered 10 sleeves of cat food… one was sent out on its own via Evri, 5 more were sent out via dpd and the other 4 were fake sent out as no tracker was ever sent. How can you make money using 2 couriers on one order. No wonder they’re closed Purina direct down
