Ordered 3 samples was only sent 2 and the floor fitter who was coming to measure cancelled an hour before the appointment.

Right from the start, when we visited Bracknell Flooring Superstore, we were given excellent advice.
The fitter, Anthony O'Neill, did a fantastic job - very precise with attention to every detail. We would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony.

Bought laminate flooring from this place back in December 2025. They charge almost 50£ for delivery. They entered wrong address for delivery, I have bring all boxes to my address by self from 3-4 houses down the street. They charge for pickup of all boxed leftovers+ 10% for reshelfing! We make mistakes, so now I know never to buy from this place again 😊

Sales staff had good knowledge of the products and their application. The quality and variety of the flooring was lovely and delivery was quick and easy.

We purchased natural country oak herringbone flooring. Peter at the Birtley store was very helpful. I would have given higher rating if it hadn’t been for the disastrous delivery and the lack of manufacturing control on the flooring as there were a very large amount of faulty boards. These were replaced quickly thanks to the customer service team.

We had a great experience at the Wolverhampton showroom with Alex who was warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. He made the whole experience of ordering our floor and fitting very easy.

The flooring was delivered 2 days prior to installation, as arranged, and on the day of fitting the installers were punctual and completed their work in a timely manner and to a high standard.

We love our new floor and highly recommend Direct Wood Flooring.

Great flooring, great service! Staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. When the delivery arrived I was home alone and the driver helped me to get my order inside.

Great customer service all around. Shak of the Brent Cross store goes above and beyond to advise on the product and makes sure the delivery goes well. Product looks great.

Scumbag company. Shocking customer service. Faulty flooring. Proven to be nothing to do with fitting as extra unused packs have same fault. Lies after lies, excuses after excuses. Don’t trust their ‘3year warranty’ that they offer. Taken the matter to small claims court now for a full refund. Watch this space.
