Jamie came out off his lunch brake and polished out the scratch and even had a look at a couple more that were not related to the repair. Couldn’t ask for better service what a top guy and a real asset to DLG!

The garage made a courtesy car available to me (although it wasn't offered straight away), when damaged car became unroadworthy.
I had to wait weeks for a particular part to be available, but they kept me informed and updated me regularly. When my car was returned to me it had been valeted and looked like new.

after receiving my car back following repairs, I immediately experienced a fault with the Keyless-Go system, where the key was repeatedly not detected unless it was moved around the vehicle to establish a signal. DLG inspected the vehicle and dismissed the issue as a coincidence related to the keyless system.
I subsequently took the car to an independent local garage, where it was confirmed that the front antenna for the Keyless-Go system, located under the main console, was completely missing. In addition, the associated wiring had been left hanging and disconnected, indicating incomplete and negligent workmanship.
Despite being provided with clear evidence of this fault, DLG has denied responsibility and refused to rectify the issue. This response is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability. Their failure to acknowledge an evident installation error and their unwillingness to take corrective action has caused significant inconvenience and raises serious concerns regarding the standard of repair carried out on my vehicle.

From start to finish I was impressed with this company. My car was collected, I was kept informed of it’s progress & it was delivered back to me looking wonderful after repairs. My delivery driver, Paul, was friendly & informative, all in all, I wish this company was nearer me so I could use them regularly for regular maintenance.
DLG Auto Services Bristol carried out some minor repairs on my vehicle. The job was completed in good time and the finish looked great. I was kept informed on progress and they collected and returned my vehicle with no need for a hire car. A special mention to the driver who collected the vehicle who on close examination identified a further mark on one wheel arch, which was corrected in the workshop. The repair team at DLG Auto Services are the people you don't see, but clearly take great pride in their workmanship! The finish is well presented, thank you! :-)
Simply incredible.
These guys did an amazing job on my car following a no fault car accident.
Repairs are immaculate, the communication has been stellar and a very quick turnaround for the volume of work required.
Once things were sorted out about getting me a courtesy car the repair of my car was done within a week, luckily the damage on my car wasn't massive. Courtesy car was good and contact was good.
I have had the most wonderful service and my car went into be repaired.The staff are amazing.And the driver that collected car so very nice.I could not ask for more.
