TOOK A LONGTIME BEFORE CAR COLLECTED FOR REPAIRS, SERVICE GENERALLY OK, VERY GOOD WORK DONE ON THE REPAIRS. VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM THE MEN THAT COLLECTED THE CAR FOR REPAIRS AND THEN DELIVERED IT BACK AGAIN.

Staff were very polite.

I was asked for photos from all angles & it started very well in that they explained they would not collect my car until the spares had arrived. (My car had only cosmetic damage & was still roadworthy).

The chap that collected the car on his transporter was polite & a great character.

While in the workshop I was kept well informed.

I had regular updates and was told when the car would be returned so that I could arrange the collection of my hire car.

When the car was returned, the whole car was sparkling clean!

Good comunication and did a good job. Not much else to say.

A minor repairin to the bottom half of the bumper, the joint gaps were far too large. If this had been expected before returning, why was it returned in this state?

Booked a follow up repair. Had the car from Monday to Friday and still not completed. Told DLG on the Friday that we needed the car returned on Monday or would need a courtesy car. I was told this would be OK. Phoned Monday morning to check and again told car would be returned. At 4.30pm on Monday with no car, phoned again and told not only did they not have a record of my earlier call, but car might be ready on Tuesday, when it was eventually returned.

Very poor service all round and not a very professional organisation

Recently had work carried out following accident and needed new panels and boot etc and car came back like new and even valeted. Great service

The problem with the repair was that it took 3 months but this was not of their making it was down to a lack of Audi spares .The work was truly magnificent my car feels like new although it is 10 years old. My local mechanic was also impressed by the standard of the repair

The first repair was below standard how this past quality checkes before being returnd I dont understand. With further issues with the car when returned.
Very poor updates and communication for the car to be returned for its second time, to repair the repair.
The second repair, well the quality was so shocking, with further issues with the car, parts missing, broken, falling out also not working.
Hopes for the third time lucky..... let's hope they send it to the Main dealership this time.

I didn't encounter any problems whatsoever. I was always kept informed of progress and the timing of collecting and returning of my car was as advised by customer services.
As for the repair, brilliant!
