Surveyers were on time, polite & pleasant to talk to. Made the surveying experience feel hassle free, when it could be an anxious experience.
After the survey they explained some things about the building & the reasons for some scores that may have been surprising.

Your staff members were helpful and businesslike. Their work was accomplished without delay and efficiently. The resulting valuations seem reasonable (much as we had expected based on market data). Home Report Survey
The Surveyor arrived punctually and introduced himself and briefly stated his objectives. He asked for an introductory tour to familiarise himself with the property before explaining in more detail as to what he would be doing, where he would start and how long he expected the process to take.
During the examination he was very open about any queries he had and always fully explained about any queries he had.
At all times very polite and systematically efficient. When summarising his initial findings he was very open about his findings and what he thought. There were no nasty surprises in the draft report.
