dogstag.co.uk Reviews

Very good product customer service was excellent when I had a query about one of the tags quality of the actual product really really good very happy with my purchase

I recently ordered three tags from dogstag.com for my growing dog walking business. The tags were reasonably priced, are very good quality and arrived quickly. Will order again!

Excellent choices of products on the website. Quality product arrived, very pleased with it. Lost a star as I was under the impression the dog tag would be delivered within 24 hours as I required it to pick up my rescue. It actually means despatched from them within 24 hours (although mine wasn't until 48 hours) and then it took a couple of weeks to arrive, so we had to make do with a handmade tag to collect our new dog. I think this needs to be made clearer on their website.

The site gives the impression that they offer 24hr postage, but they ship from Switzerland, and it'll take much longer to reach UK post-Brexit. No idea what the product is like - it's still not arrived weeks after ordering. Now they won't refund, just offering to send out another.

The quality is lovely! The dog tag and collar look gorgeous together. I bought the heart tag with the crystals and her name and the collar in black and pink and it’s such good quality and looks great on her! Would highly recommend.

Easy to order but disappointed with my dogs tags. Took longer to arrive than advised. Also choose as a UK company but they actually come from abroad. Didn’t have the rings on the tags and was so tight to add it scratched all the colour off. Within a couple of days of wear very scratched and dented. Less than two weeks and the ring broke on one and tag lost.

Lots of choice and a really easy website to navigate. Communication was great and I was happy with my purchase.

I was looking for something different for my dog tag, something with character and i found that through Dogstag. I didn't realise at first where it was shipping from but the quality of the tag is great and looks just like the online version. I'll certainly be purchasing from them again.

The tag was easy to make and order, it is perfect, very affordable and exactly what I was looking for. Although it took a lot longer than expected to arrive…

Ordered a new tag for my dogs collar, easy to order great communication and deliverd when expected.

Great service and superior product quality. Really happy with our purchase. Thank you! 🙂

The dog tag was of good material and the engraving was exceptional. Pleased I made the purchase.

The tags I purchased were just what I was looking for, lightweight, clear text and cheaper if you purchase multiple.
Would definitely order again.

The collar I bought for my pup was perfect, great quality leather and I’m already considering purchasing the lead to match! Delivery took a little longer than other brands might but everything was communicated clearly and arrived in fab condition with no issues!

Very good dog tag my puppy is wearing the dog tag now I like that the writing on the tag is in white so it stands out well my puppy has the blue paw print tag shame it had to come from Switzerland not UK it took 1 and a half weeks from dispatch email to get to dog tag to my house

I’m very happy with the custom pink dog tag I ordered, it’s a lovely quality and exactly as it looked in the preview- the website’s custom tag creator tool is great!
For me as a UK mainland customer the tag was shipped on the 1st May and arrived on the 12th, which was slightly longer than the business’s suggested 7 working days, But as the postage was inexpensive I think this is fair enough- I’d just advise other shoppers not to order these in a rush haha!

Easy to place the order. It arrived just over a week later. Good quality tag. Reasonable price.

Really good item as described arrived in good time.

I have used dogstag for many years and on to my third labrador needing tags. There are many companies who do the same but dogstag have always been the most reliable. Thank you.

Great company with great products
