Not received yet but posted on ,21st. ???

Can’t rate them highly enough. I’ve got a whole list of qualifications through them now.
I had a few issues regarding the software and certifications going missing but it’s all solved. Can’t wait for them to bring more courses. The upcoming behaviourist course is on my list!!

I have been a member with DTC for 4 years. You could say over those 4 years I’ve given a large portion of money to them for their membership.

ONE missed payment I was unaware of next thing I get a threatening letter for court action. I phoned THREE times to be told my call was placed as a matter of urgency. Emailed THREE times to try and speak to someone. Tried using the DTC community group, and vault to no response. All they care about is money, I had no warning the payment had failed. ONE payment out of four years and they give a knee jerk reaction. Safe to say I’m cancelling my membership

UPDATE OCT 2025 - it’s also just been brought to my attention that one of the directors, Ben Nichols is a registered child sex offender who has changed his name from Reuben Poll. Just confirms these lot are a complete bunch of wrongun’s.

I regret signing up for DTC Certified Dog Trainer course. The course was advertised as a “recognised Level 4 equivalent qualification,” but it’s not accredited, just a collection of basic videos and a simple test at the end. I was pressured to sign up quickly and was never given proper terms or a refund policy.

Worse, I later discovered that the company (Innovaze Ltd) is in a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) with over £800,000 in debt and has a history of closing and restarting under different names. There’s a real risk this company may not survive, and your money could be lost. I wish I’d researched first - avoid at all costs and choose a reputable provider.

Wow!!! I loved this course, I learned so much. It's actually made me want to do more courses with this company.

There was so much information I wish the course had been longer, say 5 or 6 hours instead of 4 hours, the same content but more breaks and a longer lunch break.

Having said that, do not let that comment put you off, it is brilliant

You've changed my dog! I am enjoying your courses! It is very fun and educational!

Was very informative. I liked the comparisons being used and how we can connect better with our dogs

Absolutely love my dog training college hoodie, it's really soft, fits lovely and fantastic quality.

I attended Training at the DTC and found it both informative, fun and supportive. DTC really understand what it is to be a Dog Trainer and Self Employed. I highly recommend the course that DTC run.

They always exceed my expectations, I am a member and love all of the content. Content is just outstanding!!! Thanks DTC!
