As a customer looking for furniture Doorway To Value has always been a place I have been happy to go to. I like the set up, it is nice to be there and has the most comprehensive stock of furniture for you to look at.
On my latest visit to purchase a bed we were seen to by Ian (Ryan) a very pleasant and helpful member of the staff. He put us in the right direction according to our needs, everything was explained to us and we were very happy to place the order. This has always been my experience of Doorway To Value and dealing with Ian made that experience nicer. Thank you.

I’d been in store twice to look at the Vogue Williams Howth large chaise sofa for my coastal inspired living room. I met Jason Breeze on my first visit and asked for him on my second. He was informative about the range, patient and personable. I’ve been coming to Doorway to Value for years for my furniture. Great company and lovely staff.

We have bought many items of furniture from Doorway to Value over the years and keep on returning because the choice , quality and price are exceptional. I can’t praise Danny there high enough. Professional, knowledgeable and always welcoming makes the visit enjoyable.

A first class experience so far! The Chorley showroom is a beautiful and immaculate retail space offering lots of choice. The staff are superb and helpful and always on hand. I dealt with Steve Corns who offered the perfect balance of knowledge, attention and space.

So much choice at Doorway to Value. We have been looking for a new sofa for quite a while.
Peter Williams was great, knowledgeable, helpfull and friendly without being pushy.
We ordered a sofa and a recliner.

Dawn was very helpful and patient with us on our visit to purchase a dining room table and chairs. Her knowledge of the stock was excellent. She also made a nice coffee while we waited for a pay point to come available! We ended up making a purchase on our visit. Just wish the delivery time was shorter but that is down to the supplier and not Doorway to Value so haven't knocked any stars off,

Very knowledgeable staff about all the sofas we enquired.
Didn’t feel pressured by high sales persons into choosing and had to actively seek information.

We have recently replaced our old three piece suite with a new two piece suite including recliners on the couch!
As well as this we have ordered a new Carpet match the suite!
On our first visit we met Jason Breeze who was of great assistance in choosing our Suite then the carpet. we had several meetings with him before we finally signed along the dotted line.
From the beginning he was very helpful polite and very very patient with us!
A credit to the company and we are looking forward to meeting him again as our order progresses!

I have been a customer of Doorway to Value for many years. Staff have always been very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I have recently been in store and staff member Steven Corns was very understanding and helpful listen to requirements he advised my on my purchase

We have been shopping here for years, purchased beds/sofas. Absolutely lovely store, bright and airy, very well set out too.
This time we were replacing a mattress, shout out to Ian R, who was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, without the pressure, but we came away having ordered a new mattress. Will definitely return next time we need new furniture.

Danny really listened to our requirements and quickly pointed out the best match to meet them. He then talked us through all the many options and variations possible so that the dining chairs met all our exacting criteria. Really excellent service and great value for the money.

We had been considering buying a new small sofa and chair for our 2nd lounge area, and having bought from Doorway to Value on 3 previous occasions it was a no-brainer to visit them again. We needed something of smaller proportions than the average furniture and DTV had exactly what we wanted. We were dealt with by Peter Williams who was brilliant, after an initial chat he left us to browse and said just to go and find him as and when we needed more information etc so there was absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. Peter was very helpful with his tape measure and we were offered a coffee too. The eventual ordering of our new furniture was very thorough so we have full confidence in our purchase and are really looking forward to it being delivered later on in the year. Can't recommend this company highly enough. Top quality furniture at good prices with lots of choice. Such a pleasure to deal with Peter too.

From the time we went into the showroom, we where left to wonder about and once we knew what we wanted Darren as very professional in how he dealt with us.
He explained the items we bought might take up to 2 months to arrive, that said he managed to sort delivery much quicker than expected which we where very pleased about

Peter was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy with sales. He took his time to explain everything about the ‘stressless’ chair my mother in law bought. We then decided to buy two couches and Peter completed the interest free credit application quickly and efficiently. Can’t recommend Peter highly enough.

Recently we bought a table and chairs, along with a couple of new bar stools from David Thomson and all I can say is what a professional, enjoyable experience it was. He was an absolute superstar and we will be definitely buying from him again. Thanks again David.

Excellent service as always at Doorway to Value. High quality products at good value prices. The service is second to none, I was offered a drink whilst I decided on my sofa and bed choices, wasn’t rushed and was given helpful advice. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for furniture. A beautiful shop too, thank you to David and Ian for their excellent service.
