A great service again from Doorway to Value.

We dealt with by David Thomson who was attentive with being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient with up - even made us a brew!

Looking forward to receiving our new sofa.

We have recently purchased a new bed and as always shopping at Doorway to Value was an excellent experience. Ian was very knowledgeable and attentive but certainly not pushy. He left us alone and kept coming back to check on us. Ian was professional and polite. Thank you.

Not our first purchase from this beautiful store, you are always greeted on arrival but then left alone to look around in your own time, really lovely well laid out store and good quality furniture and accessories, we dealt with Ian Parr this time for our purchase very polite and knowledgeable led to a seamless transaction.

Excellent customer service from Ian Ryan. Very helpful and informative. Not only do they try to do their best for the customer but the staff go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience.

As with previous experiences Doorway to Value had a wide product range to offer and meet our needs. We were buying a bed and were shown a wide range of options by Ian Ryan who had an extremely wide degree of knowledge in respect of the various options available. We are delighted by our choice and look forward to taking delivery of the bed in due course.

No rush, loads of choice, proper brew. Prices seem reasonable too. We were dealt with by Jason. Took the trouble to explain more than I ever needed to know about sofas. No hard sell though. We're happy so far.

A thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining visit. From the very start we were made to feel very much at home in the store with no sales pressure whatsoever, just a very friendly and respectful conversation from Darren, who answered any questions or queries we had. Professional, funny and a credit to the store. We are very pleased to have bought our sofa from here, and with his help and guidance we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Having never been to Doorway to Value, we were impressed by the wide selection of stock on offer. Though we had come with a particular sofa in mind Jason was able to steer us knowledgeably through all the available options and guide us to making a final decision upon which we placed our order. Jason was helpful and friendly, never pushy and we felt that we were in good hands.

We have used 'Doorway to Value' several times and have always been happy with our purchases. This time we required a new double bed and on arrival to the 'bed' department we were greeted by Ian Ryan, who very pleasantly answered all our queries and questions about the various beds we were interested in. Their was no pressure selling ( unlike some of the competition) as he left us to try out the beds and chat about which suited us both the best. We were happy with the prices quoted and made our choice. Ian happily took our order and chatted over the various points regarding our order. (A very pleasant way to spend money!!).

My mother and I had a great experience this last week, when she was looking for a new sofa and chair, to which she is now looking forward to their delivery :)
Dawn Grice dealt with us over the two visits and she was very pleasant to deal with (all the staff were friendly).
Dawn was very helpful and on hand nearby when advice was required.
Staff were attentive, but not pushy, nor did you feel that they were hovering around you in the showroom, giving us time to look around ourselves before enquiring further.
The showroom is huge, looks great and is very well laid out with easy access to look around the displays on a motorised scooter, as was the case with my mother.
Also, they are dog friendly! Well behaved ones that is, which is excellent :)

Love this store, such a variety of sofas, beds and furniture. The staff were excellent, particularly our sales person Danny Balcerzak. This guy was so helpful, not pushy, but give all the facts on the sofas. We purchased, and look forward to our items in 10 weeks. Great store, wonderful staff.

As a customer looking for furniture Doorway To Value has always been a place I have been happy to go to. I like the set up, it is nice to be there and has the most comprehensive stock of furniture for you to look at.
On my latest visit to purchase a bed we were seen to by Ian (Ryan) a very pleasant and helpful member of the staff. He put us in the right direction according to our needs, everything was explained to us and we were very happy to place the order. This has always been my experience of Doorway To Value and dealing with Ian made that experience nicer. Thank you.

I’d been in store twice to look at the Vogue Williams Howth large chaise sofa for my coastal inspired living room. I met Jason Breeze on my first visit and asked for him on my second. He was informative about the range, patient and personable. I’ve been coming to Doorway to Value for years for my furniture. Great company and lovely staff.
