A great range of furniture, good quality brands displayed in an open and pleasant showroom. Plenty of staff around but no pushy sales people you are allowed to browse and take your time.
Steve Corns was especially helpful, from advice on fabric care to arranging the sale contract. Five stars for Steve!

Bought a sofa today with help from Kelly Langton. She was extremely friendly and helped us pick out colours and materials talking us through everything clearly. Would definitely recommend shopping here and checking prices in comparison with other stores as they are a lot cheaper!

We visited D2V this morning and had a great experience in trying out mattresses. It’s really hard to choose the right one and they all range in prices and quality but we had some expert advice from Ian Ryan and were very happy with the service given and the calm space to make the best decision today. Excellent customer service from John who went above and beyond as I couldn’t visualise how the larger rug I had chosen would work with my new sofa, which I had also purchased on the same day with Richard, who was equally excellent. John measured out round the sofa the various sizes of rugs so I could then easily choose the perfect size. What a lovely show room. Myself, my mum and my baby had loads of fun testing out the furniture. But due to disability cannot get comfortable in a chair and have been struggling for years with my back and hips. Ian Parr is my Knight in shining armour. He not only knew about my disability (which was amazing) but he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what i needed and explained why. He was not pushy and genuinely made me feel comfortable. Absolute 10/10 service with the shop and Ian Parr personally.

Steven assisted us to choose with no pressure and support to refine our order to be exactly what we needed. A great experience (and we cot a nice cup of coffee as well!).
