Kelly was very helpful and patient with us as we were making a big decision on buying our first settee for our new home

Ian was very helpful on the two visits we made to the store, gave us the info we needed and happy for us to come back on a later day to finally choose of bed and mattress. We also used the match price, which helped the price.
Would buy again, and did the next weekend.

Just wanted to commend Jason on his customer service in helping me choose and order a bedroom chair. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Also the lady in the office was happy and very helpful too when making my payment. Looking forward to receiving my chair.

Ian Ryan was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process of us designing and choosing a bespoke wardrobe. He took the time to understand the unusual shape of the wall the wardrobe would sit against, he liaised on more than one occasion with the company creating the design on 'Furnplan' to ensure the created wardrobe was what we wanted. He gave excellent advice without being pushy.

His knowledge of the different wardrobe options, styles, and features made choosing the right bespoke design so much easier. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy with our purchase.

Excellent customer service. We were allowed to peruse the section without interruption but when we were ready for some assistance Ian Ryan approached us and asked if we needed any help. His knowledge was amazing and his interaction with us was both enjoyable and humorous. His advice and honesty was refreshing and we were more than happy to place an order. Hats off to you Ian

Ordered a mattress from doorway to value. Ian Ryan was very knowledgeable and friendly explained the different types and helped us choose the right one. All our previous dealings with doorway to value have been equally as good.

Jason and John were really helpful and provided the furniture and service you would expect to receive from Doorway to Value.

Visited DTV on Sunday and with Jason’s help, patience and understanding decided on a sofa that I hope will suit my needs. I did look at other furniture stores but didn’t feel confident that I would receive the same level of after sales service I know I can rely on from DTV. Thank you Jason!

Visited 3 times over the last month. Huge well laid out showroom. All staff friendly and approachable but I primarily dealt with Dawn Grice, who was great throughout the ordering process. Very helpful with decisions over fabric/colours etc. Her communication via email was also excellent.
All in all a great experience with the company.

I had such a great experience today thanks to Ian Parr while choosing a dining table for my kitchen.

Ian was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He noticed I was struggling to extend one of the display tables and came over to help. He also pointed out a slight defect on the last one in stock, which I really appreciated, and then showed me a very similar alternative.

What stood out most was that he wasn’t pushy at all. He gave me the space to wander around the shop and told me to come and find him if I needed anything. I never felt pressured into making a purchase, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

When I was ready, Ian was happy to offer his honest opinions and advice, which really helped me make my decision. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable.

I left the store in a great mood, knowing I’d had excellent customer service. Thank you, Ian, for making what could have been a stressful purchase such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I purchased a new sofa and had excellent advice and a refreshing none pushy sales experience.

I was looked after by Dawn who really looked after me, helped me choose my perfect sofa and was exceptionally professional throughout helping me make my choice.

Really pleased with my new sofa. Had a great experience recently visiting the showroom with friendly, knowlegable staff. I managed to find what I was looking for at the right price and delivered in only a few days! The delivery team: Jordan and Paul were excellent and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
