Went into Store today to purchase a new mattress from Ian Ryan (bed department) who on a previous visit was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with no sales pressure.

On the way to the bed department we saw a sofa and Kelly Langton again was so helpful we decided to buy two new sofas, no sales pressure unlike other stores we have visited.

Definitely would recommend and we will return for a dining table and chair suite!

Danny Balcerzak looked after us & provided an excellent service, explaining the differences between the sofas & leathers. No pushiness at all & gave us time to look around showing us alternatives. Gteat store, well laid out with lots of choice. Staff are really helpful but in particular Darren provided excellent support; not just the normal sales knowledge you would expect but really helpful, practical advice with my final choice ( and he was oh, so patient!)

Jason was polite and very patient while my wife and I looked for a sofa, chair and carpet.
We visited the store three times and each time Jason provided advice and guidance whilst also giving us space and time to make a decision.
Once we had decided on the items Jason explained the on-going process, the invoice structure and timings and arranged the carpet appointment.
We now await the sofa, chair and carpet.

Great service from the staff who always make you feel comfortable. There when you need them but never put any pressure on you. Bought several things from Doorway To Value and have never been disappointed with the quality or price.

I would highly recommend David Thomson. He sold me a fabulous settee and chair, and a few months later I went back and bought a dining suite as well.

It's a very pleasant environment to shop in - a great space with staff who are helpful, but leave you in peace to make your own decisions. Went to many sofa stores and meet with oppressive sales staff following your every move which was unpleasant.
Doorway to value not really the best name to reflex their excellent quality merchandise.
No pressure helpful staff when needed.

We went to Doorway to Value looking for dining room furniture. There was a great selection for all budgets. We were assisted by David Thomson who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was great in helping us to understand the options available, with no pressure whatsoever. A pleasure to deal with and we are looking forward to receiving our delivery.

We have dealt with Doorway to Value for 30 plus years and always found them to be great at what they do. This weekend we ordered a large corner sofa and chair from David Thomson, he was a great help in helping us choose sizes and colours etc. In fact we don't shop anywhere else l would highly recommend checking them out you won’t be disappointed.
