Yummy bakes, liked that cakes are individually wrapped and dated

I ordered from DoughGirl for a birthday present,and I have to say from ordering to receiving the product the service was excellent.
The cookie dough pieces were of a great size and every piece was delicious

Very yummy and a good choice

I’m a girl who likes her chocolate with chocolate sauce on top, so I thought this would be a real treat. Desperately disappointed, I’ve tried the Twix, Rolo and caramel slices and couldn’t tell the difference. You can’t taste caramel, or biscuit, it’s so horribly sweet that the only flavour you get is sugar. I had high hopes but not for me. The other slices are in the freezer, maybe I can use them for something but I’m not sure what.

Really great on all accounts, tastes amazing, highly recommend.

Only gave one star as cant give zero! Ordered more than 4 weeks before the date for my son’s birthday. On the day, I recieved no email to say they were en route (or delayed) so I contacted Doughgirl.I had told my son to stay in until delivery arrived.I was told there was a delay- not with the delivery service but they hadnt even packed the order! If they had bothered to tell me I could have ordered my son something else from somewhere! Offered 20% refund and also off future orders. I said this wasn’t acceptable! ( the discount off future purchases was pointless as wouldn’t use them again). I asked for full refund the next day as compensation. They gave this then didn’t deliver anything. I contacted them again and they said they refunded my cancellation! This was a day after they should have arrived! We never discussed cancelling- we were discussing compensation because my son had no birthday cakes and they didn’t tell me this would be happening to allow me to get others! Customer service was awful- just didnt care at all- standard sorry for inconvenience but it wasnt an inconvenience it was upsetting for me as a parent! Do not allow customers to book order dates for the future if you cant honour it!

Not great .ordered brownies and there not the best had better from supermarket cookie pie was mostly just Nutella ,also didnt realise it was gonna have emulsifiers ect in to ,just though they were homemaker goods without all the nasty. Definitely wont be ordering again

This company do excellent baked goods. I ordered a large order for my birthday so my family could enjoy a cookie, pie or slice with me. I can honestly say that I was so impressed , even my grandkids enjoyed every mouthful. Think only thing they said was they couldn’t finish there’s as a huge amount in one portion of all. I will be ordering again maybe not quite as much as had to eat a load myself, which of course I didn’t mind! Thank you doughgirl you are professional, you packaged them well and you got them here delivered in time for my birthday. Would have given more stars if I could off.

I won't be ordering from this company too often, having 6 cookie pie slices around the house is dangerous haha. Really enjoyed what I bought and feel the price was fair for the box of 6.

It's hard to find products like this locally so being able to reliable buy them online knowing they are well packaged is reassuring.

Do not buy from this company absolutely awful customer service I received two Brookie that were rock hard over baked,dry as hell, they were crunchy!vTasted stale!
Even though stated on their website that the items are "Classic Brookie has a "soft cookie bite" with a "gloriously gooey" centre, and that the Peanut Brookie is a mix of "rich, fudgy brownie meets soft, gooey cookie."
Apparently they have put this down to personal taste it's an absolute joke.
They were NOTHING LIKE advertised ! I have never had stale dry crispy crunchy brookies.
I pointed out that these items were not as advertised. Absolutely no refund how can companies act like this it's disgusting.
Why you don't say just take responsibility it's nothing to do with personal taste the product was awful for the reasons I've stated.

*replying to your response * I have contacted you I sent you information photos receipts and you told me it was personal taste. I do not like overcooked dry crunchy hard brownies sorry about that. Sadly as no refund for poor quality and false adverting on products sent, I've had to take it up with my bank and ask for a refund through them.

They taste amazingly delicious and my 6th order already and good offers that are available thank you so much ☺️

Easy, professional service. Good communication with enquiries and delicious products.

The ordering process was really easy, loved the fact you could select the date to be delivered.
The only issue was having the narrow down the choosing of which to have as I wanted them all x

Beautiful cookies and I’ve done several orders now but for the second time my order is not coming on the day I’ve chosen
Why ask if it cannot be done it creates disappointment

I placed an order for some cookie pies Thursday night (I was craving a nice dessert for the weekend). They were posted first thing on Friday, and arrived Saturday morning! Didn't think speed like that was possible. To top it off, the pies were delicious. Will definitely order from these guys again. A+++
