i ordered a front bumper for my car and the deadass man from dpd got it broken bro💀

Curierul din zona Vișan Iași mi-a furat un calculator luat printr-o asociație în valoare de 3500 euro. A selectat colet "livrat" noaptea, a și semnat în locul meu și m-am trezit cu coletul furat. S-a rezolvat situația după ce am mers la politie și am primit calculatorul desfăcut și umblase prin toate piesele! Fără nici o scuza, fără nici o compensație nimic! Niște hoți ordinari! Nu pot sa cred ca se mai practica asemenea tactica de furt în România! Am trăit socul vieții mele ca un curier sa îmi fure coletul, sa semneze el de primire și sa păstreze un bun de o valoare foarte mare care nu este al lui. Ferească Dumnezeu! Iar cei de la firma Dpd nu au luat absolut nimic o măsură deși îi contactasem! Merită închisoare pe viata hoții ăștia!!! Niște hoți, altceva nu sunt!

It took them 10 days to deliver a small package and travel between two cities that were 2.5 hrs away from each other. Just pathetic

The worst delivery in Romania, avoid at all costs. Rude Customer Support. Did not deliver my package.

Cea mai proasta firma de curierat cu cei mai leneși șoferi care nu pot suna nici măcar la interfon , ei livrează numerelor de telefon nu adresei . Dacă vrei să ai probleme cu afacerea ta lucrează cu dpd.

They have sent my parcel into another town, with the right address in front of them and they deliver into another town…. Disgusting

They say their policy is not to bring your package at the door. They call you to get out în the street, but that means that they don't deliver it to the adress and you should know that but nowhere is writen. The delivery boy was really not kindly, when I asked him nicely to come to the door for giveing me the package he says he can not. Asking why, he instisted with "I can not...because I have to wait for some others people" :/ (dude, you shloud not wait for them, you should serve them).

DPD firma de rahat, am pus sa imi aducă coletul la adresa si mi lau dus la loker care era departe de mine de acolo am selectat din nou sa il redirectioneze la adresa si mi lau dus in depozit sa il ridic de acolo, firma de gunoi, toți care lucrează cu ei ar trebui sa își rezilieze contractul

Un serviciu pe care nu l-as folosi nici gratuit!

Terrible..I ordered something from Ikea..first time, it might have been Ikea's fault as they had sent me an sms ststing the delivery will be done on a Saturday between 9-17..i waited and waited and by 4pm I called and I said I cannot wait anymore. Ikea told me they will tall to the delivery company. That's when I found out it is DPD..so I go myself on their website to check what is happening, maybe the guy is nearby so I could wait a little longer, but the AWB was in the system and that is it. No other info. On Monday I receuved an email from DPD and I understood it hadn't been processed for delivery so i waited for nothing on Saturday. There goes the delivery..I call the guy and I say could you please let me know in advance, at least half an hour before so I can arrange pick up? I have to give it to him, he did call me 20mins in advance, this one was on me, the workers that were supposed to receive the package left and could not return so fast while the delivery could not wait. The second attempt, as per my reschedule was the following day..only the delivery guy gave me 5 mins notice and I needed 15mins to arrive there so again failed. I rescheduled it for Friday, but on Thrusday I receive an email that my package is on its way to me. Again, calling the delivery guy, he tells me he will be there in approx. 30 mins. I can understand he cannot give me an exact time, but from 30 mins to 2hrs and 25min, there is a big difference especially during working hours as this is their schedule and the package was too big to deliver at work etc. If you try to check the live status location of the delivery guy, the system doesn't work so totally useless. It took 4 attempts to deliver one package and me having to run away from work to ne able to receive the said package. I feel like I need a holiday after all this rumble. Hopefully never again with DPD Romania, or at least not by choice.

Nu recomand! Preiau comenzi și nu le ridica. Esti la discretia soferului care anuleaza Abuziv commanda!!!

O firmă de curierat degeaba! Nici un mesaj cu programul la care ajung și tot ei se supără că nu ești pe faza, pe lângă că sunt înapoiați și nu au nici un fel de easybox mai au și niște curier de toți bani!! Cea mai rea experiență cu aceasta firma de curierat!!

The delivery did not happen, placing the order was difficult, they damaged the package and, instead of still delivering as I and the receiver asked, they preferred to send it back to Romania, on my cost. So I lost a lot of money and time, they didn't care of any of my requests and the info received from different operators was wrong and delayed

DPD is just a garbage dump ! It's very hard to describe the painfull experience lived with this shit named dpd. No program, no delivery cars, no informations. Just a hole full of shit !

The worst courier company with ignorant and incompetent people!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent delivery service. On 31st October 2025, I arranged for a parcel to be delivered to the specified address in Constanta. Unfortunately, the courier did not deliver the parcel as agreed. Instead, the status was updated to "Refused by recipient," which is inaccurate and wrong. After the failed delivery attempt, I visited their office and was informed that the parcel had been sent back to the sender. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with your courier service, and I find this level of service unacceptable.

I sent a package from Romania to the Netherlands with their international service and when it nearly arrived at the destination it was sent back for being damaged. Basically, the package travelled fine through many countries and warehouses and suddenly was damaged at the end... I was never called to let me know if I want it delivered as it was. And they also charged me for sending the package back. After contacting many times on phone and email, I finally received an answer 1 month later that the package was assembled incorrectly although it was fine, so no reimbursement.

Cea mai proastă experiență posibilă cu DPD!

Am făcut o comandă la Tefal pe data de 4 octombrie, care trebuia să fie livrată de DPD, iar astăzi, la final de octombrie, nu am primit coletul. Am sunat zilnic la call center — de fiecare dată mi s-a spus că „nu știu nimic despre colet” sau că „se verifică”.
Coletul era plătit în avans prin Smart Control, deci practic am rămas fără produs și fără bani.

Serviciul de relații cu clienții este inexistent, nimeni nu îți oferă o soluție concretă, doar promisiuni și tăcere.
Experiență de coșmar, nu recomand nimănui DPD. Lipsă totală de profesionalism și de respect față de clienți!
