Woud give it a zero , the guy basically did nothing to clear my dpf . A completely scam .

Claudio came to carry out a dpf clean and general service same day, working in the dark on my Ranger. Great service, very helpful and knowledgeable. Truck is back running as it should. Definitely recommend.

Really great service overall regarding problem with DPF / amber warning light on my Range Rover evoque. Was able to discuss at length over the phone and Zane explained the various likely issues and possible solutions. Was given a specific time slot for the day, Claudio arrived bang on time and was both polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the (various) issues, cleaned the DPF and gave us a lot of information and clarity about the actions we needed take to address other issues relating to sensors. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others, I spoke to another company who were really rude and dismissive so I’m glad we went with DPF Medic as they made the whole process easy, we never felt rushed and got comprehensive, clear and transparent explanations at all points in the process. Will be using them to carry out the remaining work without hesitation.

We were over in Tunbridge wells for the weekend, Range Rover came up with red DPF is full visit main dealer warning. Called lunchtime Saturday and they were able to fit me in Sunday lunch time. Arrived on time with a phone call giving me exact eta. Claudio walked me through what he was going to do every step of the way. After doing a DPF clean and carbon clean, clearing the faults off the ecu and taking the vehicle for a drive it was all sorted and we could head back to Cornwall. Great service highly recommend.

I sound them on the web search , enquired got a quote within the hour, made a booking & got the DPF cleaned & faults diagnosed & cleared on my Mitsubishi Triton.
The Ute is happy & got its pick back to speed .

My car got a DPF clean with carbon medic.
Then his computer came up with a few faults he told me, he could fix it today but there would be a fee which I agreed to. I got a text from them saying to go to any garage for them to investigate the few faults on the invoice which he agreed he could fix.
Then, I took the car to the garage and they did not understand why he wanted me to take my car there as they have to run their own investigation into car faults and they could not look at it for 2 weeks.
When returning home from the garage which was less than a 5 miles drive, the DPF light came on saying it's full and the car has gone into limp mode.
So I phoned Carbon medic and was told this was due to the few faults that needed to be fixed which I believed I had already paid for. That did not go down too well so I ended the phone call abruptly. So now I have a car with a dpf full light on and I paid just over £500 for approximately 30 minutes of work.
CAUTION: £100 for him to clean and top up add blue then told me I have to take it to the garage to get my add blue looked at OMG

When I called you is when I said fxxk off you idiot then i ended the phone call as i wlwas getting no were with you and I apologise for that. However since then I received no reply to emails about this matter. There is also the fact that your internet was down and i had to pay by bank transfer or cash not every one has Internet banking I sure if I was charging someone that kind of money for a service, I would have brought this up before stating the job. I just telling people facts about my experience with your carbon medic. SO YOU DID CHARGE £100 TO FILL MY ADD BLUE.
Since doing this rewire I got another DPF company to look at my car and they fixed it first time even they could not find the faults .
