It was great experience with DragonPass. This pass offers even beverage meanwhile other pass like P-Pass doesn't offer in the same lounge

Yet again another poor experience of trying to use DragonPass Premiere + !
John Lennon Liverpool Airport 2.45pm and no access to Lounge as it is full - same experience a couple of weeks ago at Manchester - irrelevant of what time you go to these airports you can’t get in the lounges - complete waste of time having a card !

First time using dragon pass, and it absolutely easy and stress free… great service from lounge receptions with no hustle, booking process is very easy i love it

Having used Dragonpass a few times at various airports, the value of it depends on the individual airport. At Glasgow, the experience was good and the food and drink great value. In LHR T5, the lounge was cramped, loads of seats cordoned off, lots of people standing as no seats and a very small selection of food. The staff were pleasant but struggling to keep tables clean and cleared. Would use it again at GLA but not LHR T5.

Really nice food and coffee and the staff were great

Easy to find and in most countries not too far from you gate. Managed to get entry 95% of the time. It’s quite crowded but seating is available. Selection of food is enjoyable for both veg and non veg.

Smooth and easy experience accessing the lounge in Vienna. The eSIM worked perfectly too.

The process of getting in was extremely easy, the staff were awesome and accommodating. Food choices are great we had enough space for ourselves love that we could charge our devices and still work . Really enjoyed the little time spent there.

Very easy to use. Great value for money. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that some lounges, King Shaka International in particular, lock the beverages behind a counter and insist on opening them for you as if all that people focus on is taking drinks out of the lounge with them. Even if that were the case, how many drinks can one take along with one anyway? I find this practice to be off-putting.

Disappointing experience at Plaza Premium Lounge KLIA T1 yesterday. Food selection and taste were average, with no proper bread or dinner rolls. Drink choices were limited, and the dessert selection was even worse. Overall, not a premium lounge experience. I’ll avoid this lounge in future.

What I didn’t like was the strictness about the time to enter the lounge. My flight was @ 14:00 & I arrived @ 11:00. I was refused entry & told to come back @ 12:00. The food variety was also very less. I
had a nice experience last December in Namibia airport. There was no strictness with the time & they had a variety of food

Well our first experience with our Dragonpass was really extra special due to THE MOST FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL & HELPFULL lady named "MMABATHO" at reception who not only welcomed us with a beautiful smile but went above & beyond and took the time to help us download my Dragonpass app. A huge shoutout to her because without her we would not have been able to enter the lounge. This sort of service in todays life is unusual & to her boss must know just how valuable she as a staff member & front house is most important must be recognized .

Perfectly comfortable lounge but a bit on the small side and it got closed to members quite early on in our stay as there were a number of delayed flights. Probably because it was so busy, the cleaning staff had problems keeping up with dirty dishes and glasses mounting up and insufficient clean ones for new guests. Needs expansion as does the whole of Pisa airport

Never works.

We tried to use this last week to Ibiza and was told turn up at the lounge, when we did the man looked at us like we were sh*t on his shoe and turned us away due to being full. Fair enough. We then tried to prebook to go to instanbul and the app shows the times available and allows tou to go through the booking process and then says time now not available and shows the second best available time, click that also says now not available please try this time and shows the original time we tried to book but also doesn’t work. Seems like a bit of a scam to get you to join and then the perks don’t actually work which is bizarre.

great easy access

I had almost forgotten that I had a DragonPass membership, but my recent experience at the Shongololo Lounge in South Africa was a wonderful reminder of just how valuable the membership can be.

The lounge experience was excellent from start to finish. What really stood out for me was the fact that the food and drinks were self-service and, most importantly, unlimited. There was a great variety to choose from, and being able to relax and enjoy refreshments at my own pace made the experience even better.

The lounge was comfortable, welcoming and a great place to unwind before travelling. I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience and will definitely make better use of my DragonPass membership going forward.

A pleasant surprise and a great travel benefit! ✈️🥂🍽️

Staff were really friendly and helped get us in as early as possible and the food and drinks were excellent.
