Draker Lettings Reviews

I’m very satisfied. I was supported from looking for a flat to moving in. Every little question was answered. The estate agent was very nice and polite. I would recommend this agency.

It has been a great pleasure working with Mo. Mo has been very professional, patient, efficient and detail oriented throughout our communications. While I have been in contact with Mo remotely, he could always be reached via phone calls/messages and he is always ready to answer all my questions with a lot of patience. It has also been a smooth experience for the apartment viewing. We look forward to continuing working with Mo and he has our strong recommendation!

When you walk in the door of Draker, you‘re instantly hit with the essence of professionalism; every one of the staff is immaculate from head to toe! Not only does each present themselves groomed and refined, but more importantly, they present their driven intention to be hyper-focused on their desire to find you a place to call home. My favourite of all favourites is the one and only Mo! Mo is a shining star! Why? You might ask! Mo goes the extra mile that’s a rare quality in most humans. Mo gives you his full undivided attention, and he doesn’t miss one single detail. He thinks outside the box; he comes up with ideas that inspire you and creative opinions you may not have thought of. Mo takes pride in understanding your style. He instinctively knows what will make you smile! You deserve full service and exceptional customer care. Call Draker and ask for Mo; you’ll be in the best of hands!

William R was most professional and a credit to Draker who have served us well for very many years.

The whole process of letting my flat was made so smooth and easy by Mo Kanso and his team. Every step was communicated and updated along the way and all potential tenants were thoroughly checked for suitability. It made for a totally positive and uplifting experience.

Sam was a great sales, really patient and efficient. Draker is highly recommended! 👍

Jordana was absolutely AMAZING her attitude towards her job was phenomenal. Me and my partner are very new to the renting scene in London and she provided us with LOTS of helpful information, continuously kept us updated and overall wanted the best for us. She kept in contact regularly to see how our search was going and tried her best to find something that fitted all of our picky boxes. The thing I loved the most about working with her was her honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. I have seen and spoken with what feels like every agent in London and she is by far the best and the one I will recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy!

The ease of the transaction. The clarity of the process and the thoroughness of the contact, Ben Spanton.

George Landon is a hero! 5 stars all round, he is very friendly and makes the moving process seamless.

After searching for weeks for a suitable home for my family without success, I was feeling frustrated and anxious. Ben Spanton from Draker turned my day around, quickly helped me secured the house that we wanted. From the moment we submitted our application to the signing of final contract, he was attentive, patient and maintained good communication throughout. The whole process was smooth and speedy. I highly recommend him!

Ben Spanton has been a fantastic help in our hunt to find a flat for our placement year in London. He has always been approachable for us to ask questions and has been very supportive and helpful during the whole process. We would definitely recommend Drakers to any other young professionals looking for accommodation.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Ben Spanton to find a three bed for me and my two friends. Throughout the entire process he helped me with any queries I had and ensured the process was as smooth as possible. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am pleased to write a glowing review for Drakers Lettings, and in particular, real estate agent Jordana, who recently helped me find my dream flat. Jordana was an absolute pleasure and her professionalism throughout the entire process was impeccable.

One of the things that really stood out about Jordana was how personable she was. She took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for in a property. This helped her to narrow down the search and ensure that every property we viewed was a potential match.

Jordana was also incredibly responsive and supportive every step of the way. She always made herself available to answer any questions I had and provided me with fair and honest advice. Her knowledge of the real estate market was impressive, and she helped me navigate some of the more complex aspects of the process with ease.

Overall, I couldn't recommend Jordana more highly to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect flat, and I'm grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. Thank you, Jordana!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jordana. From her professionalism to expert knowledge and upbeat personality, she helped make the whole process seamless and efficient. My daughter now has the perfect little pad to enjoy!

I had a really good experience with this agency and the agent George Landon. They were friendly, respectful and gave exceptional advice throughout the process. It was made far less stressful and I appreciate their responsiveness. It felt professional and smooth. I look forward to continuing with them in the future.

Professional, polished & efficient - thank you Ben for answering all of my questions & finalising my tenancy so quickly!

Our experience with Draker lettings has been amazing! We have been working with them for about 3 years now. Μο Κanso and his team always go above and beyond their search to find the right tenants for our flats. My family fully trust Drakers because they communicate quickly and efficiently, resolve issues as soon as they arise, always keeping us updated and are honest human beings. The process of finding new tenants has always been smooth and hassle-free for us as landlords. We would recommend Drakers Lettings to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

Thank you very much, dear Jordana & Lucy, for your outstanding service and for making the entire rental process so seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a real estate agent, and I look forward to working with you again

Wiliam, Jack and the team at Draker outperform other agencies in the London market. William went out of his way to source properties that actually matched my very particular specs - I was never presented with options outside of these specs. Despite the dynamics and pressures of the rental market, I got the distinct impression that the Draker team still cared about finding the right fit for their client and any prospective tenants.

If you’re a prospective tenant about to navigate West London’s acutely constrained rental market, I recommend Draker without hesitation.

My experience with Draker lettings was amazing! George Landon was my agent and he went above and beyond in his search - not only that, the entire experience was very pleasant and always felt like I was in very trusting hands which is very rare in a city like London where agents are pushing you to rent places as quickly as possible to close deals. Highly recommend!!
