Draker Lettings Reviews

I was very pleased with Drakers service, they are very professional. Jordana, the agent who attend me was very kind and helpful with everything I need.

I have been dealing with Will to find a flat in London and he has been very helpful. I wish all real estate agency in London had someone like him...

George has been extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process of searching for a new house and the referencing! I know I can always rely on him and trust him to provide always the best service.

It’s been a great pleasure working with William - he’s very knowledgeable with the market landscape, extremely responsible and always prompt in his reply. With his help, my family and I were able to secure a wonderful short let apartment amidst the peak season.
We couldn’t be more grateful.

Great service from Thomas Last - sent me multiple options according to my rental needs and kept me updated on my upcoming viewings

Very grateful to Ben! Thanks to him my move to London was a quick and stress-free event! Has always been very friendly and responsive!

Will R. was so helpful walking us through the many steps we needed to navigate. He was always available to answer questions and discuss options. Would definitely recommend him and work with him again!

My experience finding an apartment was excellent, super efficient; my agent Jack Welstead was incredibly professional and super responsive. Definitely recommend using Draker - after a few negative experiences with other more commercialised agencies such as Dexters.

Jack Welstead is always warm, responsible and friendly. He thinks about problems for clients and gives professional advice. If you want to rent a good house, you can go to him.

Having not been able to be present in London for the entire experience, I must admit that my review may be somewhat biased. However, I wanted to share my thoughts on my interactions with Jack Welstead, the real estate agent I communicated with throughout.
Jack has proven to be an exceptional professional in the field. He consistently displayed eagerness to find solutions, offered assistance whenever needed, and genuinely cared about my well-being. It's quite rare to encounter such qualities in a real estate agent, and I commend Jack for his outstanding dedication and customer-oriented approach.
While I can't fault Jack for any shortcomings, I feel compelled to mention that my overall rating is not a full 5 stars. This rating is primarily influenced by the unfortunate circumstances that unfolded after I signed for a flat, paid the deposit, and the first month's rent, only to be informed at the last minute that the landlord had a change of mind. This unexpected turn of events resulted in financial loss for me.
Moreover, it's important to note that I sent money through a French bank, which incurred additional taxes. When the funds were eventually returned to me, further taxes were deducted. Consequently, I found myself at a loss of 200 euros throughout the entire process.
While my personal experience may not have been entirely positive, I believe it's crucial to recognize the exceptional service provided by Jack. However, it's advisable for individuals to exercise caution and consider the potential risks associated with financial transactions in similar situations.

Ben Spanton is such a professional and patient agent. Really had a great experience renting in London as a newcomer in the UK.

Excellent service from Draker and Will on moving into our new property. From the first visit, to getting the keys and supporting us while setting things up, everything was handled very professionally. Will was available and very helpful while going through the various stages of the process. A lot of the paperwork was done online, which made the whole thing very smooth.
Thanks a lot for making our life easier during the transition.

Draker seems to have a more logical and human-centred approach to letting than we've experienced on our property search. Rather than letting a flawed algorithm do the math, we were able to speak with Ben and the rest was smooth sailing. Their service is hugely appreciated and highly recommended.

Will was very communicative from the beginning and truly felt like a partner through the letting process.

I worked with William from this agency for my apartment searching while navigating the UK rental market. He was consistently professional, patient and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend him! Very important to work with someone who has integrity. Overall positive experience.

Just to say that Jordana Grant was really pro-active in getting Chilworth tenants for our Mews house in Paddington and went that extra mile in ensuring our special requests regarding introductions were completely followed.

The team at Draker Letting is such a lovely efficient team to deal with. Jordana who looks after our properties has made such a pleasure. I am a very fussy and demanding client in terms of who we rent our properties to. She understands our requirements and work towards securing the tenants we would accept. She is polite, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. She replies all emails and questions promptly. A pleasure to deal with.

Jordana Grant was our estate agent and was super helpful. She was incredibly helpful across every step of the way. Ensuring a swift process and greatly benefited my friends and I in our pursuit for second year uni housing!

I had a very nice and stress free experience with Draker lettings.

Ben Spanton was super available and helped us throughout the renting process!

As it was my first time dealing with Draker, I did not know what to expect. Nonetheless, they definitely did not disappoint! Specifically, Mo, was extremely helpful in ensuring a seamless experience from the enquiry stages, right through to renting a property - highly professional, helpful and attentive!

I highly recommend!
