I was sent used shoes by Amazon instead of new ones instead of pure white they look ivory, scuffed up and very dirty. It was very dissapointing since theyre for my wedding in a week and a half. Dreampairs however promised a full refund and ill be trying to clean the shoes thoroughly. Really hoping theyre not scuffed up too bad that itll show in the pictures.

I love the dream pair brand. I buy many shoes from them! Unfortunately a stair wedge sandal we purchased snapped a band after a week of wearing them, but customer service was great to work with. They replaced it for us!

My son had 3 pair of Dreampairs in the past and he was happy with them . The last pair we had some issues when it was raining, the pair was inside the warranty window . I contacted costumer service and got a replacement from them . Excellent service! The team was fast, professional, and very respectful. They helped me solve my issue right away. Highly recommend!"

Great service
So I had originally ordered these shoes from Amazon. When I got them, the shoes had purple stains and a yellow mark on the strap. So I was very upset. I waa going to return them through Amazon when it suggested I talk to the rep doe these shoes. I did, told them what happened and they sent me a new pair, a beautiful brand new pair. Honestly I would just buy the shoes from the seller and not through amazon! They were so helpful, great customer service!

My initial pair of sandals broke within the warranty period. I reached out to customer service who sent a new replacement pair. They responded quickly, were very understanding and courteous, and handled the issue. Hoping the first pair I received were just faulty, otherwise amazing customer service!

I had bought that shoes off of Amazon
I had bought that shoes off of Amazon, I have been eye balling them for a while. Well when I got them the shoes were open and worn and returned. I logged onto Amazon and I did the chat with Dreampairs and they told me to send in the pictures and I did. I didn't see that they had respond so I called the customer service and the lady that helped was very nice and helpful and is going to send me a replacement.

Sort of happy but still giving 5 stars!!
I really like the shoes. They look nice on me and would be comfortable if they fit me correctly. They felt ok at first but then I realized that my ankles kept slipping out even though I ordered a size smaller (I returned my regular size). I got busy and forgot to send them back and the 30 days went by. I gave a 5 star because Dreampairs still helped me -they let me keep the shoes and gave me a 30 % refund. I put 3 heel cushions in each shoe and they feel better.
