Nithish the salesman in Liffey Valley store and his manager were very helpful when we were buying our ottoman bed. Delivery was hassle free.

Superb service from Edward- new bed and mattress
Edward came highly recommended from family members who previously purchased beds and mattresses from him. He was very polite, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I could not initiate the process to…
I could not initiate the process to exchange the mattress, even though it was after few days of receiving it (and wanted a more expensive one).
EDIT: I tried to initiate mattress exchange by calling at the phone number indicated on the website. It turns out that's only a Sales number and issues like mine require email to customer.care. I send 2 emails to customer.care (I have screenshot of that) but no replies... in the end, I gave up :-(

Delivery will take longer than stated.
I ordered a couch online the 10th of August and I was informed that the delivery would take 3 to 4 weeks, however, it's been 7 weeks since I placed the order and still no couch.
Two weeks ago, we were contacted by phone and told the order would be delivered the 1st of October.
In the last few days we have sent two follow-up emails requesting an update and we haven't received a reply.

Reply states "we offered you alternatives" but it wasn't the bed I ordered. Companies cannot have people paying for beds that are not available, the same day I was told the bed was not available (weeks after the order was placed) I checked the website. The bed I had ordered was still showing as available on the website for anyone to order. So why on earth would customer service believe offering alternative beds be in any way substantial! If I had ordered one of the alternatives how do I know I would not have gotten a call weeks later to say that was also unavailable? You lose trust with the customer doing things this way, so to make out that I was unreasonable by not accepting an alternative that may have never been available in the first place is ridiculous. Avoid this company. Customer service does not take accountability and understand how consumer rights work. Advertising a bed that is unavailable and still taking the money for it, then not removing it from their site after they say it's unavailable is wrong and immoral.
