I can't say enough about my brilliant experience shopping in Dreams in Limerick. As a customer who was buying, what was to me, an expensive item, I had many many questions & decisions to make, over 4 days. Kevin & Brian supported me with all the info that I needed via emails, photos & it never felt that I was taking up their time.
Helen was lovely too & offered us a coffee, which Brian had already organised in store!... An added plus is the fact that most items are in stock as with many other retailers, I had to order on line without seeing. Not ideal!
Overall, I recommend Dreams, Limerick 💯

Continuing failure to provide a delivery date for bed ordered July 7, 2026. UPDATE 30 Sept. On Monday 28th Sept I was told delivery would be the following day and it was! Just in time for me to dismantle th old bed for collection. Dreams tries hard but their internal communication system doesn't help their communicating with customers (at least not to me). Incidentally the model I bought is currently on their site saying " Expected delivery within 2 weeks". Final UPDATE Monday 5th Oct: Bed delivered, installed and assembled but they didn't leave the complicated instructions. Any move will require them. Phoned & asked for them but nothing as of now. UPDATE: 6th Oct: Dreams do come true! The Couriers just phoned, they're putting the bed instructions in the post. All's well that ends well.

Jonny M was very helpful when we were in store today.

Went into Dreams at Clandeboye retail park Bangor looking to buy a new bed and mattress with little Idea of what we actually wanted. The assistant, Caroline, instantly made us feel welcome and without being pushy advised us as to what would suit our needs best. We left a short time later more than happy with our purchase.

Initially, we had excellent assistance from Tanya in helping us select a base and mattress that met my wife’s particular needs- she has significant mobility issues. Unfortunately, we hadn’t taken into account a particular issue that required a rethink and a reorder - even though our initial order had gone through. When we returned to the store, Jonny M could not have been more professional, kind, understanding and helpful in assisting us with changing the order and reordering a base that met our requirements much more effectively. My wife and I (we are both in our 80s) had been very upset at not getting the original specification right and we are enormously grateful to Jonny for remedying the problem in the most helpful way possible. He phoned us the very next day to tell us that that the reorder had gone through successfully and that phone call helped greatly to reassure my wife. We are delighted that all has gone so well and wish to acknowledge Jonny’s key role in resolving this matter for us.

Emma from the Ballymena store was absolutely fantastic and really helpful when helping us choose and buy our first sofa for our new home. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Went in for a browse and ended up buying 2 new beds and 3 mattresses! Fantastic customer service from Shirley and would highly recommend, especially for anyone struggling with the massive choice out there.
