Emma was a great help helping us pick 2 beds. One for us & 1 for grandson .Highly recommend Emma in Ballymena store.

Ordered a bed on 22 June with a 2 week delivery estimate. I chased again and again only to be told in July that th bed won’t arrive until mid August. Chased again to be told it’s not available at all. Customer service were useless, their phone line is never answered, nor do thy ever call back. I can’t stress enough that this is a company to avoid. Unreliable. Unhelpful. Unapologetic.

A high quality product and friendly experienced staff

Without a doubt the knowledge and professionalism of Shirley in Dreams Coleraine was second to nothing I have experienced before.

As well as being so knowledgeable about the various products and options, she was also very caring and courteous and a credit to Dreams Ireland.

David at Dreams in Coleraine was amazing. His product knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He listened to what we needed and offered great advice. Thanks to David for a top class customer service experience.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough we had the lovely Lizzie helping us pick a new mattress she was so helpful we didnt have a clue about what to pick and she went through everything for us thankyou so much :)

My favourite experience yet buying a bed
Matthew was great explaining everything from what type of of mattress I need to base very nice polite sales person

They will give you the sales pitch in store but if you have a problem they won’t help you. You will be directed to customer services where you won’t ever get through on the phone because it says their wait time is over 90 mins then it cuts you off. We have the wrong mattress delivered and couldn’t report it because at no point could we get through on the phone even though the store we ordered at agreed they had made a mistake. We ended having to go directly to Tempur who helped us get in touch with someone but for spending £8k the amount of work we went through to get this sorted was ridiculous. We are happy with the bed but go forbid you have an issue as you won’t be able to speak to anyone to resolve it. If our issue was with the bed and not the mattress I don’t think to this day we would have spoke. To customers services. It’s impossible.
