Great help from Matthew from Ballymena store, sorted us out with a single bedframe for our kids room. Quick delivery and great customer service.

Arrived 20 minutes before the sale ended. Edward was very knowledgeable and took the time to advise me and let me try a few options(I already knew I wanted a Tempur mattress) before I settled on a medium-firm mattress. Great savings and bought a Tempur pillow while I was there! Delivery in a few days-what a great service. Thank you!

I ordered a luxury bed from Dreams in December 2025, the bed was the Foley Bed with integrated TV. The order was delivered in mid February. The TV stopped working on June 1st. I contacted Dreams and they were very quick to fob me off to LG to arrange for the TV to be repaired and have ignored all calls and emails ever since. I have now been without the TV for over 2 months with no end in sight- being passed from the TV repair place back to LG. Nobody will confirm anything about the status of the TV. Considering this bed was over €2,000 you think the service would be better. Have made numerous attempts to contact Dreams via both telephone and email- all ignored. Have issued a letter before legal proceedings- no response. Dreams do not care and will wash their hands of you once they receive their money. Will never make the mistake of purchasing something from this pitiful establishment again.

I ordered a bed and 2 mattresses.
In the confirmation email, it said "Expected delivery WITHIN 3 to 4 weeks."

It's now about to hit 8 weeks and there's still no sign of them, no functionality on the website to track your order, and no proactive communication from Dreams.ie to even say that the order is delayed or how long more to expect.

I wouldn't order from them again.

Nice salesman Lee, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about various mattresses and directed us to the simulator to determine our firmness and comfort needs. No high pressure sales, just good information and a nice warm personality approach. Dreams had the item we required and we received some perks and 20%. So happy with the purchase and always nice to try before u buy. 100 day trial is a good safety backup as well.

Joe was fantastic. Really chilled and helpful in every way. Got us sorted and took his time to sort out our finance issue

We had the pleasure of been taken care of by Melissa in the Coleraine store. She looked after our every need and was so pleasant , professional and very helpful. Could not give her enough praise. If you are going to Dreams in Coleraine make sure and ask for Melissa.

Had a fabulous experience with Lizzie today in the abbey centre store, so helpful with purchasing the perfect mattress and a bonus that it was in store for me to take home that day! She helped me get it into my pokey wee car and everything! Could recommend her enough! Thanks to Lizzie!!

I first visited Dreams to get some advice about beds (I haven’t bought a new bed for quite some time) Jonny was very helpful, gave me lots of advice, and was clearly very knowledgeable about the beds. I made it clear that I wouldn’t be buying on that day, and at no time did I feel pressured into buying. After time at home to think about all the information and advice, I went back to the Newtownabbey store. Jonny was not there on that day, but Joe was equally helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a bed from Dreams online and they installed it 4 months ago. It was a Superking bed with an integrated LG TV . It was assembled and installed by Dreams reps. All was good until 10 weeks ago when the TV failed. On contacting Dreams they passed the buck to LG and to date 10 weeks later, I have no TV and no idea as to when it will be fixed. Dreams aren't answering my emails or phone calls - they are responsible for making this good as my contract is with them. Very poor experience and I will never buy anything form them again.

Do not trust this shoop.ordered 2 beds in February in dublin 22, 3 month we gave what they told us(2.5 month)and after we were told till July .midjuly I went in blanchardstown shop again they told me they still have 2 weeks beds to arrive,now its August and 6 month later today in the phone staff in shop told me discontinued,they are lining to us 6 month and now we are told no delivery,don't trust,they are disgusting,this is second review I am puting,1 I wrote wasn't aprooved

My husband and I went into dreams this afternoon and were greeted by Tony who was happy to help and advised us well. We ended up walking away with a new mattress, Tony couldn’t have done enough with us from start to finish and really helped us out and got us a good deal with the weekend sale. All the other staff were just as lovely and greeted us with smiles when in the shop. We’ll definitely be back, thank you!
