Had a great experience shopping for a new mattress...was great seeing Adam again. He was very helpful, provided loads of info tailored to our needs without any pressure.

Matthew made the whole process from start to finish super simple. He let me look by myself first (which a lot of people don’t do and can put me off shopping) then checked on me and helped me as I made my decision. An excellent credit to the team!

Adam was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about our requirements specific requirements (back and hip issues). He negotiated a very reasonable deal for us without skimping on quality. A very positive experience all round.

Order our bed in January and we specifically told the salesperson called Arthur that our house is being build and we won't be able accept the delivery within 6 month he agreed on that by saying that would't be a problem and they can keep our bed until we are ready to take the delivery and now after 6 month we are getting phone calls and being threatening if we don't take the delivery a 50 euro charge will apply every week!!Rang customer service lady call Rachel was very argumentative with my wife, didn't even give her chance to talk.We decided to cancel the order so I email Rachel on the 2nd of July to cancel my order and take a 20% loss from the refund. Guess what!!Monday morning 6th of July we received a call from the company driver call John saying he's ready to come to deliver the bed....Guys this is a joke, the way things are being dealt. Also we were being told that there is a miscommunication but seamingly the miscommunication is from the company people not us.Just want to say have everything in writing incase you get false promises from the staff and try to stay away from the limerick branch as we had an awful experience from them. I hope I get my refund with the 20% loss. Also I didn't even want to give any star.

Fantastic service in the Limerick store and the girls were so lovely and such good craic to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend enough honestly. Very helpful.

We came into your newtonabbey store today and Kerry looked after us. From the minute we walked in Kerry was amazing.helping us pick out a bed frame and mattress aswell as getting us the best deals and even a cup of tea! Kerry is an asset to dreams and is such a lovely kind and helpful person I would recommend Kerry and dreams to anyone. Thank you Kerry from myself and my parents.

Great experience in dreams, neetownabbey today with Kerry. Very knowledgable and was able to answer any questions we had. We were able to use to sleep match machine as well which we loved! Would definitely shop again 😁

Absolutely awful experience with Dreams Ireland.

We ordered a bed that was advertised with a 3–4 week delivery time. After waiting more than 5 weeks, we were finally told that the bed had been discontinued and would never be delivered. There were no updates or communication during the entire waiting period.

This made our house move incredibly stressful. We were left without a bed and had to scramble to find an alternative at the last minute because Dreams Ireland failed to deliver what they had promised.

Their customer service is nonexistent. The phone number always goes to voicemail, making it impossible to speak to anyone, and every email we sent was completely ignored. We had no way of getting updates or even finding out what was happening with our order.

A company that can't communicate with its customers or honour its advertised delivery times shouldn't be taking orders. I would never buy from Dreams Ireland again and would strongly advise others to avoid them.

I ordered a mattress on June 4 at Dreams.ie when I ordered the mattress and paid for it, including shipping they stated shipping would be 2 weeks. No only was shipping not 2 weeks (and I really need this mattress as I have guests arriving from 5K miles away). it was almost 1 month and they delivered it to the wrong address (not the address on the order). I don't even know if they are in the right county. It's impossible to get through to customer service, the local Dreams Store can locate online Orders, and they do not care. So frustrating the worst experience. I recommend going somewhere else (Ez Living completely different experience)

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order LIOM58905599, placed on 7 September 2025, which included two ottoman beds and their respective mattresses.

While I accepted the long delivery time (received around the new year), I am extremely disappointed with the quality of one of the items and the lack of support received since.

One of the LED lights on the Madison Bed has not been working from the outset. I have made multiple attempts over several months to contact your customer service team via email and phone to resolve this issue, but my messages are now being ignored and my calls unanswered.

This level of after-sales service is unacceptable, particularly for a loyal customer.

I request the following:

- A prompt response to this complaint
- A repair or replacement of the faulty LED light
- Confirmation of how and when this issue will be resolved

We had an amazing experience with Lizzy, Tanya, Joe and especially Kerry in the Newtownabbey store! Kerry was so friendly and helpful and helped us decided on an amazing bed for a fantastic price! She helped us with determining if it would fit and what would work best for us in our new home. Absolutely amazing customer service. I would highly reccomend and will visit and use Dreams again!

Lizzie was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to receiving my new bed.

Joe sold us a mattress- we have a limited budget, he was able to show us the clearance section and work us out a great deal.
We’re really happy with the mattress (and the price!) and can’t wait to receive it.
