Onky thing was I couldn't hear the doctor, but he could hear me. He stated he wasnt on mute. So he ended up having to ring me instead .

I had an episodic sciatica
I had an episodic sciatica. I thought Dr Naeem was excellent. She was searching and extremely thorough in all of her questions. I was in great pain and she treated me very sympatheticially. This is the second time that I have used this service. I was away from home and benefited from a very accessible GP service.

Had a straightforward problem. Dr listened, discussed appropriately and prescribed an effective drug I have taken before. I would have been much more uncomfortable if I had had to wait till tomorrow. I was very satisfied.

Avoid, scammers
Very bad doctors, had a consultation for a sick cert with Dr Anum where she told me she couldn’t issue it which is fair enough, but told me I would get a refund when I asked. I followed up to be told me I wouldn’t get a refund because she marked it as complete, the phone call was 56 seconds. After much back and forth I’ve just had to open a dispute with my bank. Find it extremely deceptive for her to agree to a refund and then go mark it as complete knowing I wouldn’t get it then. Greedy greedy people

What I liked:
Availability: being able to book a call with a doctor at any time was super convenient.
Excellent Customer Support: the response time from the support team was fantastic, and they solved my issue very quickly.
What I didn't like:
Incomplete Treatment Plan, I was only prescribed antibiotics, which weren't enough on their own. I had to manage my symptoms myself with paracetamol and other over the counter medicine.
Prescription Mishap: The doctor forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy after our call. Thankfully, customer service stepped in and sorted it out right away, but it was still an extra hassle when I wasn't feeling well.
Lack of Holistic Care: The doctor didn't check if I was actually fit to work. I felt terrible and had to drag myself through the week until I eventually took Friday off just to avoid the hassle of needing a sick note.
If you asked me whether I’d book again, I'm honestly not sure. Great customer service, but the medical care itself felt a bit rushed and incomplete.

We have reviewed your concerns with the doctor. The antibiotic prescribed was based on the symptoms you presented during your consultation. We understand that recovery times can vary, and we are sorry if the expected timeframe and options for managing your symptoms while the medication took effect were not explained clearly enough.
Regarding the prescription, the doctor confirmed that it was unfortunately not sent immediately after your consultation due to an oversight. Once this was brought to our attention, it was sent directly to your pharmacy without further delay. We sincerely apologise for the additional inconvenience this caused.
We also understand your concerns regarding the sick certificate. The doctor has confirmed that, where clinically appropriate, a sick certificate can be issued when a patient is unwell and unable to work. We are sorry that you felt you had to manage this situation on your own and that this was not addressed during your consultation.
We are pleased that our Customer Service team was able to respond promptly and resolve the prescription issue. We appreciate your feedback regarding both the medical consultation and the support you received, as it helps us identify where we can improve.

After reviewing your case with the doctor, we understand that you were unable to join the consultation via Zoom and subsequently were contacted by the doctor by email. You then provided a list of medications you were seeking, and the doctor explained that two of the five medications could not be prescribed through our online service.
Please note that all prescribing decisions are clinical decisions made solely by the treating doctor, based on their professional assessment, the medication requested, and the regulations and limitations applicable to online prescribing.
The doctor also advised you regarding the remaining medications, but we did not receive confirmation from you as to whether you wished to proceed with these.
We are sorry for any misunderstanding and frustration caused, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
