Yikes

Yikes, I don't think I will be back. I have only shopped a couple times when Drop was MassDrop but now it's abysmal. Complicated and poorly laid out website, chat is essentially a really badly programmed bot, need to wait to set up a return, even though they say it's easy, you have to email them, is this 1999? Like it should be basic, log in, click order, set up return. Downright abysmal. Not to mention the product I bought, the BMR1 speakers were really really bad for the money. I mean they are worse than my $20 Creative Pebbles yet $100 more? Crazy just looking cool isn't enough, you have to deliver the good man.

The package gets lost SECOND TIME IN A ROW

I placed an order at Drop on January 10, it was planned as a birthday gift to my boyfriend. The package was transferred to DHL to be shipped to Bulgaria. At first everything seemed fine, the tracking system showed the package movement but then on March 3 the package stopped at "held at customs" in Bulgaria and never moved anywhere. I contacted Drop support and they said that my package is likely to be lost in transit and suggested sending another one (at this point my bf birthday had already long time passed). Okay, they sent another package and guess what? It got stuck at the same stage!! I contacted support again and received a copypaste of their previous letter about lost package and suggestion to send a new one (so that it will stuck as well I guess)
So it has been 70+ days since I ordered a product from Drop. I get that they must be very rich and willing to toss around their products like it's nothing, but that is definetely not a way to provide services. Or there was never a package in the first place and I was just simply scammed.
Contacted support once again with a demand to either change a shipping company or make a refund and they keep ghosting me so I'm not sure I'll be able to receive my money back.
Worst online shopping experience ever

Pacco smarrito, ma veloci a risolvere il problema

Ho ordinato il mio regalo di Natale in largo anticipo, ma il pacco è stato smarrito lungo il tragitto. Hanno subito rinviato la stessa merce, senza problemi o sovrapprezzo che è arrivata normalmente dopo poche settimane.
Quando è arrivato il pacco c'erano spese extra di dogana circa 5€

Prompt Customer Service Honoring Price Guarentee

I frequently check this site for deals and appreciate the feedback provided by their consumers. Recently I purchased two new headsets a few days apart and the second set. This morning I noticed their was a 20$ difference in price in the set I had just ordered. I emailed their support after using their AI and they issued a partial refund of 20$ within an hr. It's still in process, but that is no different than any other refund I've recieved from major companies in recent history (2-3 months)

Clear, direct, prompt support.

The customer support was clear, direct, and prompt. After suggesting a few possible ways of correcting the problem with the keyboard, they immediately suggested a replacement. Easy, quick, and courteous, with a good outcome.

Ordered headphones I thought I would love but they unfortunately they didn't fit my head comfortably. Reached out to Drop and they gave me a return slip and refund no questions asked, 10/10.

Great products and service!

I got an amazing keyboard case (Planck v7) with keycaps and a case. Then was able to send the case and keycaps back after deciding not to use them, and I got a refund! Great customer service. Love drop

All good for me

All good for me, I ordered some headphones but they had a wiring issue and I needed to return them. Customer service was helpful and, counter to some other reviews, if anything they over-communicated by sending update emails all along the return process. Totally legit, would definitely order again.

Shipped the wrong item, unhelpful customer service.

Drop shipped me the wrong item (a cheaper SKU in the wrong color) and was unhelpful in resolving the issue. Drop support took 3 days to respond, then immediately sent me an RMA label. I asked if I could get a replacement instead of a refund, and they claimed to not have anything in stock. Website still has the item I ordered listed as in stock. After a few days of going back and forth with the (honestly, outright rude) support person, I ordered the correct item from a different site instead. I can't imagine buying something from one of Drop's preorders and dealing with something like this after several months. Complete waste of time.

I tried to find a compromise.

I tried really hard to meet in the middle and be understanding. It was my first time ordering through Drop for my younger brother and was unaware the keyboard I ordered was from a third-party seller. Turns out I ordered the wrong keyboard. I thought I had read the return policy page closely before ordering and thought this was covered. Nope. At the very VERY bottom of the page it states in small unassuming text "all sales are final". I reached out to Drop before the package even arrived and tried to find a resolution. I offered to pay a restocking fee or whatever I needed to do. Nope. Read our return policy. Can't do anything. I get it, I didn't read it closely enough, but it seems misleading to not list or mention this stuff so straightforward without digging through confusing info that is spread out across the site. To be so insanely unwilling to come to any sort of compromise just baffles me. Nearly every business I've gone through online will come to SOME sort of understanding on compromise. Nope. You didn't read close enough, get bent, have fun.

Cancelled my order without reason

Cancelled my order without reason, without notification, no email, nothing, been sitting here waiting for my item to be sent to login and find that it was cancelled.

Disgusting customer service, if you didn’t want my money don’t accept the order, but don’t cancel it and not tell me, I could just buy it elsewhere, could have been waiting weeks if instinct didn’t tell me to check the website for an update….

I’m in Australia so i assume it’s something to do with our country

I love the Call of Duty BO6 keycap I purchased. They were very fast on delivery and everything came as described. I purchased the keycap a few days before it went on sale then contracted them and they issued an instant refund for the difference in price and honored the discount for me. Overall great experience.

Global shipping crisis < Drop.com

Despite ongoing international shipping difficulties causing a partially undeliverable order, Drop.com was able to make everything right.

I miss Massdrop, the novelty and variety always gave me a reason to come back... but that can't be helped.
