Bought a high-end speaker from Drop which was DOA upon arrival. While frustrating (trying to get it to work), once I contacted Drop support, they handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. Even though it didn't work out for me this time, I'd likely give them a second chance.

They are slow
They are slow. It takes forever for them to ship or to answer to email... Not even gonna talk about their 10$ program, that doesn't even work and their sales, GOD, if you can buy elsewhere, I recommend for you to do so.
Edit: They replied and they issued the refund of the 10 USD, which I didnt get in the first order. They also issued me a refund of 30 USD for the item I purchased, as they gave it to sale a few days after I purchased it. If the money lands on my account, I will more than happily give this 5/5

I ordered it from Japan
I ordered it from Japan. When I made the payment using shop pay, the address was written in Japanese, which caused a problem with delivery. (Please be careful if you use shop pay.) When I informed support that the package had been returned to the sender, they quickly took steps to resend it. There were no additional costs. This is my first time shopping at massdrop and I am satisfied with the shopping experience.

Drop has awesome customer service. I needed to activate the extended warranty I purchased at the tail-end of the warranty, and they were able to honor it fully.
Above and beyond
I got a Drop CSTM65 Barebones Mechanical Keyboard which unfortunately had a slight issue with one transistor on the PCB for the enter key (Could have been missed in QA or the loving touch of couriers between the US and AU).
Contacted support and within a few days a new Drop CSTM65 Barebones kit was sent out at no charge to myself and no need to send the old one back.

The Drop team was incredibly helpful with the return process for a product that didn’t work out. They sent the return label without any questions. Due to my travel schedule, I couldn’t return the product immediately, and I appreciated their follow-up to ensure everything was okay on my end. Overall, great customer support from Drop.

Had an item missing from my order. Which, wasn’t great but I understand it happened. What was great though was that support was super quick to respond and address. Instantly relieved any kind of worry that I had. Would definitely recommend!
DO NOT BUY FROM DROP
Ordered in stock key caps on July 18th and even now, on 07/26/2024 I'm STILL being given the "warehouse issues" excuse. GET IT TOGETHER DROP! I will not be buying from your company again - the amount of money you want and then you REFUSE to get your act together is INSANE - and no one is buying your warehouse issue excuse any longer - because it's a lie. My product has no definite ship date as of today.
