Excellent support from Kate
Process started with a confirmation email following payment (some other providers don't even do this).
Then I received excellent support from Kate. She was responsive, knowledgable about the process, and kept me up to date at all times. Far better than certain other providers who leave you in the dark on the process.

Antwoord van Dubai Visas
Hi Balawal,
Thank you so much for the glowing 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that Kathleen could turn things around so quickly and help get your family’s visa approved in just 1 working day — that’s what we love to hear!
Unfortunately, your nationality has a high rejection rate, so we always inform our clients of the risk while explaining that we are experts and know how to apply. Your success is testament to the fact that we know what we are doing. Having tried and tested the system we know what is likely to get through and what are complete NO NOs.
Thank you once again for your kind words - We’ll be sure to pass them on to the team and specially to Kathleen. Wishing you and your family an amazing time in Dubai!
