Installed a complete bathroom, from start to finish it has been a complete nightmare for an elderly couple who one of them is disabled.
Not worth the price that was paid.
A pipe was installed outside and it leaked inside the extension roof. Toilet leaked upstairs and was given some poor excuse. Boiler was damaged and replaced, Bathroom wasn't finished and was told it was. The elderly lady tried to have a bath and there was no hot water. Flooring wasn't fitted correctly.
Lift in the bath is not working. Workman cancelled last minute. Turned up unannounced
I am absolutely disgusted how a company can charge an obscene amount and provide shabby service.
The amount of time which has been spent trying to sort out every issue that happened.
You are dealing with people with disabilities and elderly. I am worried with what is going to go wrong next, i don't feel confident using your company

EA mobility fitter removed old bath and fitted a new walk-in shower. He was very polite and helpful. He respected our property, arrived at the time he said, and checked everything with us about where we wanted things fitted. He completed the work a day early and we are very satisfied with the result. There was minimal disruption, everything was left sparkling clean and tidy. Although slightly more expensive than other companies, EA Mobility gave extremely good value, and good customer service. We are so pleased with the result. Well done the EA Mobility team from initial survey to final fit.

Our existing shower was unsuitable for my wife and we needed a low level walk in shower. Our situation was promptly appreciated by the sales team (incidentally, no high pressure sales techniques or rubbishing competitors’ products) and project manager, and especially by Richard, who fitted the shower. As the work went on he confirmed that things like the grab rails and seat were appropriately positioned for my wife, kept me informed if anything expected occurred (like a floor rafter being being in exactly the wrong place) and how he proposed to resolve it, and worked quickly and efficiently. Richard arrived punctually each morning (throughout all appointments were kept at the time agreed) and at the end of each day explained what had been completed so far and what he would be doing the following day. Happy to give this endorsement of his work.
PS: If Richard fits your shower, he likes strong coffee with two sugars!

EA Mobility, Kings Lynn from start to finish have been brilliant. My elderly mother has had a new, walkin shower, vanity unity and a higher toilet put in her bathroom along with nonslip flooring. Justin was brilliant in handling the initial start to the project and Richard who came in to fit everything was exceptional. He explained everything that he was doing and had done each day he was with my mother. Richard was thoughtful, a tidy worker and was happy to explain things to mum as he went along. He was prepared to go the extra mile to make sure mums bathroom was perfect. I would recommend EA Mobility to all elderly people who need to make their life easier within their own homes.

There were some issues that occurred during the process, however, they were sorted quickly and efficiently and everything was finished on time to a very high standard. The installer, Richard, was a highly skilled craftsman who did an excellent job. Would recommend this company without any reservation.

They were very professional from first telephone call to the finished installation, they were prompt, very friendly, provided daily update on progress, did have a few challenges that were easily sorted out. We had to have bathroom turned into we room due to mobility issues, it has made such a massive difference am so pleased it has made things so much easier. Would highly recommend Ea mobility

I used to work for EA Mobility until very recently but had to finish due to family commitments. I want to share with you how genuine, honest, trustworthy this family run company is . They do care about their customers and work extremely hard to get everything right the first time . You’ll never have a voice machine to answer your call always a human being who cares & takes ownership. They have a big installation team of extremely talented fitters who only work for EA employed by them and you’ll never get some local unknown man in a white van pulling up.
They appoint a project manger for every job and you only pay a 25% deposit to get the order processed .
Truly if you’re looking for a professional bathroom company with good old fashioned personal service, give EA Mobility a call . You won’t be disappointed.

Wow nice company is not what everyone is staying here they are overpriced very bad workmanship and they do not give you good customer service take it from me I have not ever seen the shower cowboys

We needed a wet room and contacted EA Mobility after seeing their advert in a newspaper. We liked the idea of a family run company and EA didn’t disappoint. From planning to completion, everything went smoothly.

Andy, the designer, visited first and discussed our needs, taking into account the advice from our occupational therapist. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the design suited us. He emailed a detailed CAD and the order was placed.

Next came Steve, the surveyor, who visited to go over the plans and inspect the job site. He advised us on a few minor changes to the original design and also visited again during installation.

Dan, the fitter arrived promptly and spent the first two days stripping out everything from the room. During this time, Martin, the electrician, came to do the electrical fitting then the following day the materials were delivered and fitting commenced. My apologies but I didn’t get the name of the fitter who came to do the floor, but he did an excellent job and also advised us on care and maintenance.

The work was completed to schedule and Dan left the area clean and tidy each night. He worked with the utmost consideration, regularly consulting with us as to the placement and height of the various components and positioning of hand rails etc.

We now have our new wet room, which is beautiful and functional, with everything within easy reach.

We would like to thank everyone involved with the project. Everyone was thoroughly professional and worked hard to make sure the end result worked for us, and life is much easier as a result. We would highly recommend EA Mobility. We chose well. Thanks guys.

from someone coming to see us to unstalling the shower room everything was so straight forward,
we are so happy with the work done by e mobility the hard and skilled work done by richard work compleated on time working alone communicated with us trough out expaling what he was doing and took us through everything how things work even setting the shower temperature that was right for us then cleaning up before he left leaving us clean and tidy

Give this company 5Stars. From start to finish the experience has been good. The work men both Justin and Wayne were so considerate and thoughtful. The work was done by such trained hands and finished to such a high standard.
What a difference they have made.

The installers always arrived as arranged,worked continuously, cleanly and without any fuss. The men were friendly and cheerful. The work took a little longer than estimated but the finished job is just what we wanted. We would certainly recommend this company to anybody. For a change, it is such a pleasure to say "well done and thank you'.

Due to a fairly sudden disability, we needed our bathroom converted. The shower was no longer suitable for the level of disability and neither was the toilet. We needed a seat in the shower, grab handles, a non-slip base and a much wider entrance. For the loo we needed a higher toilet and two pull-down grab handles to assist in getting up. We also wanted new flooring to cover the tiles we had, which made the bathroom feel so cold. Not only did we want the covering to make it warmer, but also to make it non-slip and much safer.
We had seen EA's advert explaining how they specialised in all disabilities so we gave them a call. Someone came round several days later and went through everything we could have for the particular disability, but without us having any feeling of being pressurised. He also told us how much it would cost, which was less than we had thought it might be.
The waiting time was several weeks and they told us in advance how long the job would take. It took the three days they quoted to the minute and the end result was exactly what we needed to overcome the problems caused by the disability. Even then, at no time were we without the use of the loo!
Richard and Nigel were not just great workers, they always had time to explain anything we weren't sure about and fully deserved the occasional coffees!
In addition, the disability had only applied to my wife but the changes were done in such a way that it still felt like a normal bathroom to me. We were absolutely delighted with the quality and the work itself and would always recommend EA…
