Trustworthy, with extremely kind, helpful, and responsive staff, especially as I live abroad.

This is a friendly, convenient and very accommodating storage facility. Sam in particular, at the Trafford location, goes above and beyond to help us with any issues. The storage is also accessible out of business hours and at weekends which is a great facility for us.

We have used Easy Access at Bredbury for many years now and find the team very support and helpful. We have had to take on additional extra storage at times which has always been accomodated for us. We have had no issues with safety and access is for fob holders with pins only. We would recommend.

Great team. Very helpful with any issues and service is great.

Helpful, friendly staff; well-managed, clean and secure site; good facilities; my only criticism - I would prefer payments to be made by Direct Debit, rather than Standing Order.

Great site with 24 hours secured access, very helpful team at office, they have all facilities for pallets delivery, i needed extra space for few days, they was able to provide the space over the weekend in very short time, i would really recommend this storage.

I spent six weeks emailing trying to get my deposit and part month back only to eventually be given £29 with an excuse that the two weeks notice wasn't in writing so I couldn't have the £100 deposit. I had called into the branch to give this notice in January which was accepted at the time but now nobody knows anything about that.

Guys in the office are great, really helpful.
24 hour access is really convenient.

Only down side would be that the locks on the unit doors are abit stiff and the locations of the machines to grant access are in awkward places at the Trafford location.

Other than that 5*

If you need Storage with 24 access. And safe as a bank. With a fantastic Team on hand to help you. Then there is no other place to rent storage from. Thanks Easy Access Self Storage Trafford for all your help and I will definitely be back again should the need arise. Paul

All was good whilst renting however trying to get my refund is becoming a problem in was told it would be paid within 21 days not received I sent an email then to be told they can't pay it yet due to staff shortage due to covid they said will chase payment and refund me so I've my my solicitor involved I'm not happy they are fast enough to charge you a late fee which I have never been late.

Will update once my solicitor has been in touch with them.

I was told I would be paid 21 days after notice given which was 22nd of January which takes it to 14th of Feb also your team stated they are prioritising my payment strang if its not due until the 24th of February also why tell me then your having delays in paying due to cover sickness hmmmmm not very clear my solicitor is looking through the contract plus my emails sent from yourselves.
Update they said it would be paid by the 24th February surprise didn't rang the place they said they sent a cheque out on the 22nd well that's funny because they sent it to my old address they said they would cancel this cheque I was told they would ring me and put it in my bank account by transfer delay tactics I think anyway solicitor dealing with it now its stressing me out have a pacemaker fitted so don't need it avoid this place
