Once we were made aware of this we did try to contact you by phone and email to discuss your storage needs and provide you with a full quotation. However we did not gain contact with you as there were no reply to our emails or voicemails. Furthermore if you could review your emails as a quotation was sent to you on 18 November.

Rented for 2 years and really glad I chose easyacess. Harvey is a true professional and would send me a polite reminder if I'd forgotten to pay on time. The container was perfect, I was kept updated in advance of any payments / changes due. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The only reason I ended my contract was because I'd moved into my property and nolonger required storage. I will certainly recommend to anyone!! Brilliant company and a great set of employees.

Did not receive the text message for payment and was therefore charged a late fee. Would not accept that their system had failed and would not budge then help my property hostage until I paid the late fee. Terrible customer service. AVOID!!!

Striving to deliver what we consider to be a respectful and helpful experience, this is evident in the reviews we receive.
In addition there may be occasions where we may not meet the preconceived expectations. During these times we will endeavour to learn and improve as individuals and as a team.
Invoices are sent to customers 14 days in advance. Giving customers good notice to ensure payment is made. Unfortunately a late charge is imposed at 7 days overdue. This is to discourage customers from managing their accounts in arrears. Reviewing your particular situation it is evedent you were notified on serval occasions.
As matter of courtesy and not process or guarantee our stores may attempt to contact a customer if they fall into the “overdue” category. This maybe by text, email or phone call, again this is purely as a matter of courtesy and not process.
Ultimately it is the customers responsibility to ensure all payments are made in accordance with our terms and conditions. We have also contacted you directly to clarify this matter in more detial. If you feel you require more information please do contact our store, as we would be more than happy to help.

Had a return call after making a online enquiry, unfortunatly we found them to be very expensive compaired to other places offering motorhome storage.

Great for any type of Storage
Really nice staff at Stockport Bredbury, really good security. Easy access for my caravan. I may have stayed but for caravan storage it's dearer than the general caravan storage parks, which offer the same security. Overall great service and I'd greatly let people know about you.

The great thing about this storage is it’s all on ground level, no lifting heavy items up stairs to your lockup. Any queries they answer the phone quickly or email back straight away, will not hesitate to use again if needed. Thanks again.

Trafford branch: 5 stars
I used the storage units at the Trafford branch. The whole process from sign up to handing back the unit, was easy and straight forward. Access is available using a PIN code entry system which again is easy to use. I found the staff to be most helpful and prompt in their responses. I would certainly use them again. 5 stars.

As if moving wasn’t stressful enough
As if moving wasn’t stressful enough, throw a pandemic and being gazumped Into the mix = total disaster !!!😱
Having found myself in the position of no longer having a property to immediately move into, I set about the task of finding storage facilities etc.
I visited Easy Access Self Storage Trafford and all I can say is I’m so glad I did, Sam at EASS was an absolute star ... he showed me size of units on site which confirmed my fears that I needed a bigger unit than I had originally thought and as I was unsure of how long I needed for he answered all my questions, we discussed my options and I was offered a discounted introductory rate. Sam also recommended TXM removals as I would potentially get a discount if I had storage with EASS. Ross and his team at TXM were amazing, great communication, efficient hardworking bunch of friendly lads …. Would highly recommend. Unfortunately, due to the current housing market all my worldly goods remain in storage … albeit no longer at introductory discounted rate 😢
