Signed up for storage and staff were helpful and professional. Service let us down though as there were many teething problems causing delays to fully access facilities that were initially promised. We feel like the store was not quite ready for customers but rushed to sign us up. This led to stress and financial loss for our business. Maybe things will improve in the future

Perfect place to store my home furniture whilst I waited to move into my new home, Steve catered for my needs with a great explanation, great set up and security in protecting your items and loved the way you can access your storage unit 24 hours a day with the security access code to get in/out, would highly recommend!!

Used the Trafford Park storage site. Very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Site is secure.

Moved home and needed to store some furniture. We looked around for a storage unit and settled on Easy Access Storage in Bredbury. Very pleased with the service provided, staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us some valuable advice on the different storage units, and names of different removal firms. We chose a unit based on the advice given. We stored our furniture using a recommended removal firm. Everything went like clockwork we had 24/7 access via a very secure system of entry and exit. So a very big thank you to Kevin for all his help and advice. Highly recommend to everyone.

Called quite late due to a previous storage company's reception closing (my removal service was delayed so they could no longer be accepted and I had them an hour away with nowhere to unload as my flat wasn't ready yet! Thankfully I called easy access self storage and Sam saved my day and managed to get me booked in, paid and admin sorted in a matter of minutes and now my items are securely stowed. Professional and reasonably priced but most importantly reliable and easy to use!

The team are amazing and friendly they all ways help us out and accommodate us as we need a bigger unit and that got us one right away good on price and everything is Secure and all way happy to help you

During my time renting a sizeable container for a couple of months I really enjoyed:
- very professional, responsive and friendly staff
- a great value for money for the space I had
- 24/7 secure access - truly coming in ANYTIME you want - that was a deal breaker for me
I only had two little niggles. Once my payment did not come through on time and a padlock was placed on my unit (absolutely understandable, no issue here), but even 3 days after receiving payment it was still there. Thankfully that was resolved immediately but would not have been great if I came when the office was closed. Another time my access fob and would not let me in. I had to come again another day which was rather annoying, but again that was resolved immediately. Overall really positive experience and if I needed storage in the future and their prices were still as competitive as they are now I would definitely come back again. You may need a little bit of muscle to open the doors btw

I was recently storing at their trafford store and the young lad there was really helpful. Due to needing too move closer to home, I transferred to their other store in Stockport. Both stores made this so much more easier and helped an already stressful situation go a lot smoother. I was even welcomed to have a cup of tea with the days being so cold by the guys in Stockport. I would definitely recommend these guys if any of my family or friends needed storage.

My Car broke down and I had to pull into the road opposite Easy Access Self Storage in Bredbury. I had my German Shepherd and another person in the car after coming back from the Vets, as my dog was recovering from a major operation. After calling the RAC, I was told I would have to wait an hour. I popped in to Easy Access to ask if I could use their toilet. I explained what had happened and they kindly offered to let us and my dog come into the warm office and made a cup of coffe for us. I called for a black cab to take us and my dog back home, but they refused to take my dog. Kevin heard the gist of the call and kindly offered to take me and my dog back home in his Jag with my dog calmly sat on the back seat, we arrived home in style, which I was extremely grateful to Kevin for, as my dog was incredibly thirsty. He took me back to my car to wait in their reception. I had to wait a further 4 hours for the RAC, so the kind staff at Easy Access Self Storage really saved my day and I am eternally grateful for their wonderful hospitality and Kevin is my hero for helping us out in a difficult situation.
