One of the worst finance company's, will never be using again.

Useless payment gateway. Takes ages to process payment.

I used Easy Pay Finance to get new tires from my local auto mechanic, they had a promo period for 90 days until they charged you high interest. I adjusted my payments to make sure I paid off my balance before the promotional period ended. However, I missed a $40 finance charge from the beginning of the transaction. My issue with this company is the many times I called in no one could give me a clear answer as to way I was paying $90 dollars every 2 weeks to pay off a $37 balance. When I looked over my paperwork, I saw the $40 finance charge in the fine print, but it was purposely not added to the balance of my loan for $516, which confuses the consumer. The paperwork should have stated that I have a $556 balance due at the end of the 90-day promo period( $516+$40=$556). It took a whole week for them to adequately explain why I ended up paying $705 dollars instead of just $516 dollars. I would not recommend using this company, they are a shady finance company looking to make a profit while hiding the details.

Predatory lending at its finest, if you have another option chose it over easy pay. The have no sympathy for passing the 90 day grace period because its the only way they make money. I have had over 7 accounts with them all completed within the 90 days and even that amount to nothing, no customer loyalty, no one time reconsideration no nothing. I will never use them again, I have since filed a complaint with the BBB, the CFPB and the attorney general of my state and I recommend everyone in the comments do the same. Its time to put an end to these companies taking advantage of consumers.

this company screwed me over I paid off the account they're automated system continue to take out another payment overdrawing my account for 2 weeks creating other bills due to be late they said it would be rectified in 10 business days it was way past 10 business days and now they're saying it's going to be another 10 business days because they have to redo it again.

You made it easy to finance our puppy. You also made it simple to work with your payment plan. I don't like your APR, but I will have this account paid in full shortly.

I like that the application was fast, payments are affordable and I was able to get new tires without breaking the bank. I appreciate companies like this that help you get what you need with out the hassle and affordable enough that you can maintain regular bills along with the new payments.

I used EasyPay Finance to finance a major car repair. I didn't know I would have to pay double if I didn't pay within 100 days. And my initial repair charge was over $750.

I'm glad they approved me for a financing option so that I can fix my car, but I will NEVER use them again.

I signed up for a 90 interest free loan. They set the payment date up, I payed off the amount on their set due date. They scam you by setting the 90 days to expire a day before your last payment. I payed extra $233 dollars of interest and fees, for submitting the payoff amount on the 3rd months due date. Customer support made no effort to mend the situation even though I am a repeat customer. I can’t imagine how many people are mislead who do not read the full fine print. I would not recommend to anyone a service that takes advantage of people on technicalities. Legal robberies

The easy use of EasyPay is one of best for my Auto repair financing. I am sold using EasyPay. Clearly a step above the others.

Pass the word. Easypay finance is busting a George Washington & robbing people. Don't let these scammers get away with it. To those of you working at the main office, do you get paid what you think you deserve? Cus your bosses are making a TON of money. We the people assume you're well fed & paid right? ID BE SHOCKED if you make less than $35/hr. Are you aware of any shady actions from those with seniority at Easypayfinance that need to be called out, exposed, & held accountable? Do you know of anyone who's been fired for no legit reason? Do you know of any closeted racism or racists at Easypayfinance? Abusers? Bullies? If so, PLEASE POST YOUR EXPERIENCES HERE under these reviews. A sketchy company like this is forsure run by people who have no business running one in California. If you work at the main office & you've been unfairly treated by ANYONE there, DROP NAMES or share your experience, drop your insta/tiktok/or fb & we will reach out to you. Btw fellow victims of the HARDPAY scam, give a complaint to the store/service who signed you up for "easypay" finance. Tell them your experience, show them these reviews, & demand for them to end business with this company.

Terrible Service, Totally a Scam Do Not recommended to get a loan with this company have called twice to do a payment they have charged my card twice without my consent when only had to pay $818.34 to end my payment,I’ve asked them to send me recipes by email all they say it takes 10 business day… and to contact my bank when the transaction was made using my debit card over the phone with them, they authorize double charge in my card I know it’s not an accident because not the first time they do it I have been on track with my payment honestly would not recommend to get a loan with this company.

Please do not get a loan from here! Their interest rate is extremely high. I made the mistake of not looking over my contract and just going through with it because I needed the funds for my car. My interest rate after 90 days is literally 148.99%. If that doesn’t scream SCAM then I don’t know what to say! I reached out to customer service if they could go into depth about why the interest rate is so high when my credit score is above 650!!!! Their response was, “we do not offer refinancing or settlements, to save money on interest make larger additional payments. THEY ARE LITERALLY JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY WHILE YOU ARE IN DISTRESS. I only took out a $2800 loan and if I don’t pay this off in full quickly, I’ll be spending nearly $9500 in total. Awful awful awful. If I could rate it 0 stars I would!!!

Scam!!!! They approved me and then didn’t send me anymore information. I got approved for $2400!! I called in to ask how do I pay for this in store and they tell me they have to review my ID. They then call me back to say I was denied!! I have the confirmation that I have been approved for up to $2400 I pray this does not show on my credit because they approved me then illegally took it back! with no explanation?!

I understand that its hard to get loans and a risky process, but please do not get these loans they take advantage of you!! Along with their super high interest, they charge you 25$ for insufficient funds even though the payments are declined on their end. I finally paid my amount in total and they refused it and tried charging me 50$ more for the loan. The payment was never even processed because I turned off auto-pay supposedly. Do not take any loans from here they charge you so many random things hoping you won't notice and return your payments just to get 100$ more from you.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, interest at an astronomical rate is compounded DAILY such that each regularly scheduled payment ends up being about 95% interest. I saved enough money to pay off the $2052.57 balance in full over the course of 25 days, the final payments being $1,000 on 8/8 and the last couple days accrued interest of $24.24 on 8/10/23. Balance was zero for 3 full months, until EasyPay RANDOMLY charged my account back for $1,000 and $24.24 THREE FULL MONTHS LATER and then contacts me telling me my account is delinquent. My bank does not know anything about this! There has been no return of funds to the credit card originally used to pay off this balance and no dispute of those original payment transactions that could have resulted in my bank pulling back these payments. There is NO instigas to three months later these payments being removed from my completely paid off EasyPay account! This is mis-management and fraud as far as I'm concerned.
