Spoke with Iain O Neil. He was very helpful and alleviated some of my worries. I have a health condition meaning I need time off work at times. Avoid this company
Having finished my iva and never missing a payment, I am now being hounded for more money. 1 it was I’ve missed this months payment, when I explained it was finished last month, it was then an old payment now it’s from 2022. I spoke with them to make the last payment and was told it was finished and up to date. I would choose a different company as this one is not genuine
